Stayed at this Courtyard again during our summer vacation. The hotel does seem to be a bit older than most, but it has been adequately maintained. It does not have a pool and it does not have a free breakfast. Our room was facing the highway, and it sounded like there were many individuals drag racing on the highway for several hours which kept us from getting a good night's sleep. The lady working the check-in was not over friendly, especially when she was asking us what the nature of our business was in Albuquerque. That was kind of laughable, actually, especially when seeing how many creepy people were wandering around the facility. Very overpriced for what you get in this hotel....we will be looking elsewhere the next time we are traveling through Albuquerque...

Comfortable beds and pillows. Stayed 4 nights. For some reason our room was not on the clean room schedule for any of the days of the stay. Each day asked for clean towels. On day 4 after 3 nights asked service attendant if room was on clean schedule and again it was not. Had to go to front desk to request room cleaned. I have never experienced this poor service in a Marriot property before. I understand in the desert and many places ask you to use towels 2x which is fine, but to not empty trash, provide toilet tissue, make beds is a management problem labor scheduling issue at this property.

This property was in a convenient location to all the activities we had on our itinerary. It was 10-20 minutes from the Balloon Museum, Sandia Tram, Petroglyph National Monument, Old Town Albuquerque and easy access to I-25 for a trip to Santa Fe. It was however lacking in a couple of standard and expected amenities. It didn't have a room safe and no alarm clock. When requested, the front desk was unable to provide a clock. The floor could have been cleaner. Stepping in the shower revealed a significant amount of dirt and grime had been tracked on to the shower floor.
