The hotel is located next to Highway 40, and the Marriott brand is definitely not that bad. Although the hotel is a bit old, the bedding and beds are very comfortable and the price is reasonable.

I really enjoyed the pool while there. I did not care to drive to a restaurant after driving fro the springs. Not many restaurants in area around BW.
I did not need 2 rooms. I believe it was wheel chair accessible room. I only requested queen bed and bathtub.

For $190 all-in cost, I don’t think you can beat the value with the location with good product. They charge you for internet unless you create an account, which was petty and annoying. Also, the elevator in 6th floor was not working when trying to check out and the staff was not aware of the issue. Otherwise, I would stay at this hotel again.

Front staff and house keeping were amazing. Restaurant personal were rude and unprofessional. My family was told by the waiter “some people need to learn patience” when he refused to acknowledge my family several times. My family was refused to be given menus and even water by this particular person.
