The staff were very kind and helpful. After a long hard day at work Kiwi the front desk clerk did a fantastic job getting my room booked despite paperwork problems. Phill the grounds man was very kind and dose a great job keeping the grounds looking amazing

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Albuquerque. Located off the Jefferson St exit on I25 northbound to Santa Fe. It was in a decent area with lots of restaurants and a theater complex next door. Convenient for the things we wanted to do. We had a NS, King suite with fridge, microwave, wet bar and coffee maker. There was a sofa bed, desk and chair. Large walk in shower and good countertop area in Bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. There are no wheels on the desk chair and it is difficult to maneuver on carpet. Thin walls and ceilings. But to be fair the first night we were there nothing could have dampened the noise from next door. Kids running and stomping and squealing late into the evening. The second night we could here our neighbors but no issues with quiet hours. You could also here our neighbors above walking but also no issues when it mattered. We used their guest laundry and it was good. $1.75 for a wash or dry. The price was high. A good property for our purposes but sometimes luck isn't with you.
