Hôtel top !! Chambre parfaite moderne comme sur la photo et très propre. Petit dej très bon je recommande !! Emplacement situé à 5min à pied de la plage et à côté de toutes commodités.

Aunque el hotel es nuevo y está bien ubicado, su elevado precio no justifica lo que ofrece. El servicio deja mucho que desear, con un personal más pendiente de sus móviles que de atender a los clientes, tanto en el desayuno como en la recepción y otros puntos del hotel. El desayuno es lamentable, con muy poca variedad, y además, el hotel carece de servicios esenciales como un restaurante o siquiera una cafetería. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, it was not clean overall. There was dirt on the walls, which was easy to remove with a damp cloth. The bed linen was dirty and the bathroom and shower were not clean either. If you don't know that Albufeira is the Ballermann of Portugal, you're unfortunately in the wrong place. We didn't know that. In my opinion, it's not clear from the hotel description either. We wouldn't come here again.

What an amazing quaint hotel, we visited in August thinking it would be busy and it felt like there were hardly anyone here, making it nice and easy to get a great sunbed, the rooftop view is amazing the photographs don’t do it justice it’s spectacular! The staff were brilliant so polite and always on hand when you need anything, from an iron to more towels they were amazing. The place is so relaxing, after 10 days with our five children in Spain this was the perfect place to come after to relax afterwards on our own. This place is second to none we will definitely be coming back x

Wow.. what a hotel. It's just lovely.. all the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Diego on the roof terrace bar was attentive and played cool pool tunes. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard daily. All within reach of the beach a 5 mins walk but maybe 10mins on way back !! We will be back.

Adults only hotel. I booked this for friends as I had viewed myself before booking. Their comments to me were they have stayed in many 5 star rated places where the service was not as good as this. Staff helpful and very accommodating. Immaculately clean. The views from rooftop pool and bar are fantastic. They said if they stayed again they would book a room that gets the morning sun. For the price this hotel is highly recommended by them. Thank you from Dave and Mandy

Well, the hotel is new. So it's clean and comfortable. Very very friendly staff. Room is all white, with some design touch - especially bathroom area. Not sure about toilet area due to the glass door, which is only serve as a kind of curtain to separate it from the room. Due to ventilation and the sounds I would say that it is not an optimal solution. Who knows, maybe for some younger guests it would not be a problem. Be aware that the whole area arround hotel is big circus, with a lot of noise and drunk people screaming during the night. I guess it depends on the purpose of your jurney. Fantastic swimming pool and it's ares on the roof. But swimming pool was really cold in May. Ok breafest, nothing special - but you get your basic morning meal. Stayed for just one night, got lucky with quiet the room (something what is very depending on your neighbours) so I put 5 stars on my review, which is a bit high I believe.
