It was a bit difficult to find at first, Very clean, nice furniture, I meet the manageress she’s a nice polite lady and gives time for you as valued client, (this pays off) I tried to get an extra day a the special rate however she explained very well why it wasn’t possible at that monument, very quiet place this was one of my, only prob kitchen area light and a power outlet wasn’t working . I complained about no air flow at the gym and was offered to have a fan there which done., i

The location is a bit far from the hotel. You won’t sleep at night because of young/and not so young drunk Brits. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff. There is a sauna too, which was also good. The entrance is through another hotel.

The room is large in size, with a kitchen, clean and hygienic, rich breakfast, more hot milk would be better, the location is convenient, not far from the supermarket and the sea, and the service is very fast

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß kommt man überall hin.

Lobby was beautiful, bedroom was dirty, floors in room looked like they hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, curtains in room had black and brown stains all over, pool needed cleaned as water is pool was dirty, if u didn't know the where the hotel was it can be difficult to locate. Bedroom needs updating

Not terrible not great. Probably a 2.5 rating to Be honest. Staff ok. Not very friendly. No bar or even coffee available to buy. Overall very much I’m need of modernisation. Rooms were clean and functional but the shower was the worst o have ever experienced in my life!

A great weeks holiday in the sunny Portuguese resort of Albufeira to look forward to ,weather amazing, transfer from Faro Airport to O Luna Hotel Da Oura was seamless, booked in quickly by very friendly staff and allocated a twin room on 3rd floor ,room was really good, spacious, comfortable beds ,lots of storage space ,flat screen tv,lots of British channels ,tea & coffee making facilities, cooker,microwave, toaster so if you want you can prepare own food ,balcony very cool ,rooms cleaned to a high standard, couldn't ask for more. Breakfast was really good, a great selection of hot and cold options ,bars were also good ,beer served iced cold and sparkling, swimming pool not massive but big enough, loved my daily swim here and staff super lovely ,location could not be better, close to ***** and not far from Old Town Albufeira, lots of pubs,bars, cafe's and restaurants all around this hotel ,loved my week here ,will definitely be rebooking next year .

This property is very dated and in need of general upgrades and maintenance . There is no front entrance to this property as access ito the fron door s through and underneath the property in the foreground . Front steps are granite , front desk counter top is made of painted worn out plywood . I am not kidding . You only get one chance to make a good first impression and this wasn't a good first impression
