The location of the site is really great!

The hotel is well located, there are restaurants shops around.
The exterior of the hotel is well equipped, shop, beauty salon...
They have entertainment every day and evening, the animators are super nice.
On the other hand, at the reception, the hosts are cold and not welcoming.
The room is dirty and poorly maintained. The freezer does not work.
The sinks are clogged.
The walls are dirty, the bedroom linen [sheets, blankets and towels] are stained.
The cleaning of the rooms is poorly done, dust on the switches, frames...
We will not return to this hotel.
I don't recommend it.
In addition, we had to pay the total amount and then arrived at the hotel we had to add money to pay for an extra bed.
We had to pay for an extra bed because they didn't want the little one to sleep with us.
Trip still hasn't solved the problem, I haven't had an answer.

The hotel is big and has several attractions, from indoor and outdoor pools and animation, gym, playground, all very good.
Positive points - impeccable cleanliness, friendliness of staff, hot water, small appliances that were old but worked perfectly, cable TV with several channels.
Negative points- the furniture is old, the mattresses are uncomfortable, at the reception I was attended by an inexperienced person and was being charged twice the value of the extra bed, very weak internet, we never managed to get a signal during our stay. A lot to improve for a good comfort of the guests.

Very well located but we were on the road side and it was very noisy especially at night.
The 1st night the air conditioning was not working. We had to sleep with the window open, it was so hot.
The furniture is very old. The bay closed very badly or not at all (when you closed on one side, the other opened).
Reception is quite responsive.
