After 12 women ranging from mid thirties to early seventies on a birthday holiday arrived at 11.00 at night to find that the apartments we had originally booked had cancelled our booking and we had no where to stay. We managed to get 3 apartments at midnight here, what can we say the man on reception was a life saver the last thing i want to do at 70 is sleep on the beach ,Luckily they had availability so we stayed in the apartments for 5 nights and would highly recommend them. We found our side sea view apartment very good. Actually much better than expected . It was a studio with 2 single beds and a bunk bed but we took the mattress off the top bunk and put it on the floor .it was well equipped with every thing you would need .It was very central to everything the location was perfect ,We found the staff friendly and helpful even getting us taxis back to the airport The cleaners were lovely and our apartment was cleaned every day even made the bed up on the floor with fresh towels etc if we needed them. . All we can say is thank you soo much for making our stay a lovely experience which could have easily ended up a disaster

Stayed in these apartments for 10 ntes and highly recommend. We found our side sea view apartment very good. Actually much better than expected. It was obviously renovated as was in great condition. It was a studio with lots of room, plenty of storage, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, nice kitchenette with micro, full oven, toaster etc. We were on the 3rd floor with a lovely big balcony that got plenty of sun in the morning which was an added bonus we didn't expect. We found the staff friendly & helpful. The room attendants were lovely and our apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels etc if we needed them. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great experience 🤗🤗🤗

Mooi uitzicht op zee en prima bedden, app 405. Om de andere dag nieuwe handdoeken. Tot zover prima. Keuken incompleet en net als badkamer aan vervanging toe. Kan echt niet meer. Afzuiger ontbreekt, wel een kast waar je je hoofd aan stoot. Douchen in een ligbad, 2 personen douchen en de boiler is leeg, ligbad halfvol en de boiler is leeg. Rioollucht in de badkamer ( werd niet verholpen). Slechts één van de drie kacheltjes werkte. Het complex zou een eigen gratis parkeerplaats hebben, dus NIET. In de buurt parkeren lukt niet, geen plek. Wel een dure parkeergarage, 1 euro per uur, GEEN limiet. Slechte info.

I was due to come home November 10th and had to book an earlier flight for the 6th as it just wasn’t why I expected, I’ve been to Portugal many times in my life and this was the worst experience, the beds were awful, so hard I couldn’t sleep until 4/5am, pillows are lumpy and it’s rock solid. Reception staff ignored us the full week and the noise is unbelievable. The Apartment as a whole was very dated and just not pleasing to look at. Only good thing was the cleaning staff.

The hotel is very dated but once you get over the initial shock it’s ok. It’s clean and fully equipped, we hardly spent much time there as we were out and about as so much to see and do. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Less than 5 mins walk if that to the beach and surrounded by loads of bars and restaurants. Walk just up the road to the main ***** and square…live music galore. Great atmosphere. We also walked to the Marina & New Town. The New Town is a bit of a walk. All in all we had an amazing time. Would I stay again yes for a short break. We did 4 nights

I have been to Albuferia a few times and stayed a bit further out and found the taxi rides to be very costly so wanted to stay in the old town . When looking at self catering apartments I found these were very well priced and in an excellent location. Surrounded by many restaurants bars and the beautiful fisherman’s beach and little market stalls It’s really is a little gem. Ok the apartments are a little dated but they are spotlessly cleaned with hard working and very friendly staff Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable I would definitely return

My Wife and I Stayed at the Edificio Apartments Albufeira, The Staff are very friendly and Helpful, The Rooms are well Equipped with everything We needed and was Very Clean, The Location if Brilliant and We had a Great view from Our Balcony, I would Highly Recommend this Please and We will Definitely Return, Thank You, Jim.

Can't believe the number of good reviews this apartment block has received. The only good thing about it was the cleaners who were friendly, smiling and did a great job. The rest of the staff were sullen and ignored my husband and I for the duration of our 10 night stay. The noise levels were a joke and we were continually woken up throughout the night until 5am. Don't book here if you want a peaceful holiday as it is 'party central' for the young!

Los apartamos son bastante antiguos. Todo está en la misma habitación: cocina, camas, "sofá", lo único que tiene independiente es el baño. No nos cambiaron las toallas en el tiempo que estuvimos (solo pasaban a doblarlas), las sábanas no se cambiaron y tampoco nos hicieron las camas. La habitación tenía un olor horrible a comida y no sé fue ni con ambientador que compramos. Hay un Lidl a 15 mins en coche. Ambiente horrible, lleno de británicos borrachos, nada de tranquilidad, hay que dormir con las ventanas cerradas porque no se puede dormir de la fiesta que hay en la calle. Es como Magaluf en Portugal. La zona de aparcamiento más cercana está a 10 minutos andando ligero y son todo cuestas empinadas. Está toda la zona pensaba para vacaciones al más puro estilo americano: fiesta, alcohol, luces, bares, ruido. Una botella de agua 2€ y una bolsa de hielo 3€, un café preparado en la estantería de un súper (Continental) 1'79€, un paquete de tabaco 5€, gasolina a 2€ sin descuento de 0'20 cent como en España. Son precios generales de la zona de albufeira, Benajil, Playa Armaro de Pera, etc. Hay que buscar muy mucho los sitios tranquilos y "baratos", Portugal no es lo que pensábamos o al menos la zona de todo el Algarve portugués.
