It is located 30-40 minutes from the beach. Shop is 10 min away. Apartments has thin walls. Simple apartment for a great price. Had a good kitchen. Would book again.

Rude staff that lie (no managers working over Christmas) Dirty rooms Major health and safety issues with caused us to be very ill Maintenance workers were using highly toxic paint directly outside our room Maintenance workers stored all their equipment on the stair wells

Satisfied
Hotel was clean and well looked after, staff was friendly but two blokes serving in the regular bar and poolside bar were both great and the lady in the shop too can't remember names sorry. Location was good as was only 15 mins walk from the '*****' or a €3.75 uber ride. One thing myself and my friends was really disappointed with however, was the absolute ridiculous price of €100 per person for the deposit of the room! €100 per room was more like it, that was a big chunk of some of our spending money as we were only there 3 nights.

Fab stay for the little price...
Had a great stay. Room was clean, pool are clean, poolside cafes were clean. 24-hr reception. Cleaning service daily. Couldn't fault it for the price we paid. A cheap stay with no problems. We also had the added bonus of an east facing room, which meant we got to watch the beautiful sunrise each day.
The only down side is that it is a little far from the 'action', although the taxi's in Albufeira were very reasonable, meaning we got to the old town for only 5 euro's, whenever we wanted.

Great place to stay
We had a great time at the hotel. The only inconvenience is the distance from the beach and the Old Town but we had a car rented so it was ok. Uber was also an option.

I Stayed in the janelas do mar with My wife for 2 weeks, It's very clean and the staff are all very friendly, We had our apartment cleaned every day and the bedding and towels changed every second day, I would Highly Recommend this hotel, Thank you

Decent hotel for money. 15 minute walk to new town *****, 35 mins to old town ***** or €6 taxi. Staff good and rooms well looked after, beds made daily with fresh towels. Jorge working in the pool bar was the man, made it for us!! Great food and drinks with plenty of banter with the lads. Legend.
