The flat is a bit old but relatively good, it was clean and smelled good.
There is no washing machine or microwave.
The Jacuzzi did not work on my days of stay, which were Saturday and Sunday.
The sauna is charged at 8 euros per hour which makes it abusive, so I didn't use it.
The entrance to the building looks well preserved but inside everything is old.
The bar next to reception is not open.
The location is not the best but if you walk for 20 minutes or 5 minutes by car you will reach the Albufeira Terrace shopping mall.

I stayed here with my daughters the middle of March to the start of April. We had a lovely holiday, the grounds were well maintained, we loved the indoor pool and hot tub! It was very quiet as we were very early in the season but the lounge bar and poolside bar opened before we left and the staff couldn’t have been nicer, the breakfast was good and the on-site shop was very reasonable 😊 We used Uber eats at night and they delivered groceries daily to us too, u can get up to €15 euro off €25 in several of the grocery stores with Uber one so this was brilliant 🤩 We used bolt for taxis and we got to everywhere locally for between €3/4. There’s a great Japanese all you can eat buffet restaurant close to the New Town that was exceptional, we went there twice and had a toddler and they couldn’t have been nicer, very welcoming and made a fuss of the baby and the food was top class 💯 Zoo marine was approx €10 each way in a bolt and we went there 2 days, the second day was only €12 each, we would have went back for a 2nd day full price it was so good! Overall we had a lovely holiday, we didn’t have a cleaner as we booked a private apt within the hotel, we had lots of extras in our apt so l can’t speak for the rooms but the facilities were great for the price I paid.

Came on my hen do, the hotel require £100 deposit each which we got back when we left. I had left money in my bedroom and the cleaners had been in and stolen €250. They had also been looking in my friends suitcases in a different room moving things around. It was also dirty with poo on the walls. AVOID

We stayed here in April 2025 for a hen do. €100 cash deposit required per person, we knew in advance. Plus tourist tax (€2pppd) Rooms were clean, towels provided. Kitchen area in living room with fridge, kettle etc. Shop available all day in the hotel, just ask reception! Swimming pool not heated but refreshing when too hot in the sun! Plenty of sun loungers. STAFF were amazing!! Thank you Jorge, works behind the bar/kitchen desk and we felt reassured after he called security on strangers trying to speak to our group and standing over us, he had called security before we had even asked him to! Freshly squeezed orange juice available at the bar, and breakfast was delicious. Thank you again! Would stay again, close via taxi or longer walk to NEW and OLD town.
