Mucho mejor de lo esperábamos,fuimos con dos niños de 10 y 6 años y han tenido entrenamiento para los 2,los animadores son de 10 donde en todo momento están pendientes, le recomendamos y repetiremos sin duda,puedes descansar perfectamente es muy familiar y apenas hay ruido

Excellent warm welcoming on arrival by reception The villa was outstanding and perfectly appointed standard of furnishings and quality of daily housekeeping was exceptional Grounds and pools very well maintained. We visited Eden villas for the first time as a family of 5. We booked for the 2 bedrooms which was very spacious. It had a kitchen area two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge area had a family table and sofa and the terrace opened from the lounge and one of the bedrooms. Air con in all the lounge and the bedrooms. The room was clean and had everything that was needed a hairdryer which was powerful as usually they are a little one that isn’t much use. Another plus was your key card was incorporated into your wristband and the children had an additional key card. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful throughout. The first time they went to the bar they explained what was included and had noticed we had just arrived so told us all we needed to know. There are three pools, 1 for children, 1 for adults and children over 16 and another pool for everyone else. The pool did get very busy and we had read the reviews about needing to get in early to get a bed. They weren’t wrong. There was entertainment by the pool and the staff were very involved. There is a circus on site which held entertainment and well worth a visit and a great addition. There is a small shop on site which sells the usual drinks, crisps, chocolate, sun cream etc. There is a shuttle bus to the old town (and other places) the old town is only a short ride away and is well worth a visit for the bars, restaurants and shops. The bus is reliable as long as you are there on time. The food was of good standard a lot of variety, specific themes in the restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ nights. The snack bar was also good for the kids by the pool with also sandwiches, cakes and fruit available. The complex was quite large however was nicely laid out the grounds are well maintained and the views are lovely. The holiday was everything we had hoped for and will definately be returning.

We spent a week at Eden, all inclusive. Overall it was a really lovely week. In the main, the staff are the stars. They work hard and majority put their all into their respective roles. We found the food and drink to be of excellent quality. The bar and waiting staff were hugely efficient. The pool areas and toilets were always kept clean and tidy. The accommodation was great. The Villas and apartments painted in lovely pastel colours like a box of macrons. Our room was very spacious although having an option of firm pillows would have been good. We didn't sleep too well on soft pillows. I could be really picky and say that some aspects of the room were showing signs of wear and tear but for the price, it didn’t bother us. The animation team worked really hard too but I do think the entertainment schedule on the whole needs a rethink in my opinion. Activities/entertainment were repetitive and evenings felt very flat in the kiosk bar area. It was nice to see small businesses being supported as most evenings, little market stalls appeared in different parts of the site. We found it great value for money and would recommend to families.

We really love the resort, this was already our third time here. Now that we know the resort better and have been here some times, I have some things to point out that are not as perfect as it was before. First one and I think the biggest one is the food, we think the food quality decreased a little bit, very repetitive meals, the breakfast is always the same, lunch and dinner most times had low variety and a lot of the foods were a bit bland, no flavor, specially the soup. We also went to the Summer Bar near the pool, and we found a hair in our fries, which is also something to point out for hygiene. Also about that same pool, there sometimes is a very bad smell (coming from the drain??) when we would turn out heads, specifically if you’re sitting on the last sunbeds near the music/entrance, which we also never experienced before on our stays. The rest we really enjoyed, the staff is super kind as always, very attentive, we love the people working here. We will come back, hoping for improvements next time!

We went as a family of 4 in late August. We were a bit unsure of this being a villa and apartment resort as we didn't want to have to walk too far for meals etc with 2 young children. The layout is great as all villas are situated around the centre of the resort so your no more than a 5 minute walk away from the facilities. Great pool, bar and entertainment. The Eden Circus is pretty cool though the shows in there are generally post 8:30pm and prams aren't permitted within the tent. So if you have a sleeping little one you have to stand with the pram or miss the show. The rooms were pretty standard, though we did have a slight issue with the air con which we did report but wasn't repaired. Luckily the nights weren't too hot so it wasn't a necessity. The beds aren't the most comfortable, I'd suggest bringing your own pillows as the ones in the room weren't great. The food and restaurant service were great. For an all inclusive resort the food was definitely one of the best, which is difficult to do when making in such huge quantities. We would definitely visit again.

We hebben geen all inclusive geboekt. We verbleven op basis van logies. Helaas konden we voor 10 uur niets aan eten of drinken verkrijgen bij een bar. We vonden het dan ook erg jammer dat er geen koffiezetapparaat in de accomodatie was. Ook geen kopjes om uit te kunnen drinken, er waren alleen glazen. We hebben 1 keer gebruik gemaakt van het lunch-en avond buffet tegen betaling. Dit was schandalig duur tov de keuze die er was. Het park is vooral gericht op all inclusive gasten (voornamelijk Engelsen) waarbij er veel alcohol wordt gedronken. Het zwembad voor de kleintjes is heel erg leuk en alles wordt goed schoongehouden. De handdoekenservice bij het zwembad was echt waardeloos. De keren dat wij hier gebruik van wilden maken was er niemand op de aangewezen tijden en moesten we erg lang wachten. We vonden het jammer dat er geen diep zwembad was waar je lekker baantjes kon trekken en we misten wel wat extra kleine speeltuintjes op het park met bijvoorbeeld een schommel. De kidsclub was leuk opgezet maar weinig te doen voor kinderen van 3 jaar of jonger. Animatie is ook vooral gericht op de oudere kinderen. Het park ligt vrij afgelegen van het centrum en het strand dus het is een wandeling van 20 a 30 minuten daar naar toe. Daarnaast ligt het park op een helling waardoor teruglopen wel een uitdaging was, maar gelukkig waren de taxi's slechts 4 a 5 euro. Het eten en drinken bij de poolbar was lekker. Fijn dat je bij de Apple bar ook gesneden fruit kon krijgen. Alles was wel vrij prijzig. In de accomodatie werden we op de hoogte gebracht van de vele mieren die er zijn. Helaas troffen we deze (ondanks goede schoonmaak) wel regelmatig aan in grote getalen in de badkamer en in de vaatwasser. Ook in de tuin van het verblijf waren veel mieren. Verder hebben we ze op het park bijna niet gezien. Ik heb 2 massages gehad bij de Spa, deze waren erg ontspannen en betaalbaar.

Lovely hotel, everything is kept clean. Buffet restaurant food was always lovely and fresh. All members of staff were always friendly and helpful. We went as a family of 4, with 2 teenagers and there was always lots going on.
