Estivemos 3 noites no Eden Resort, com regime tudo incluído e gostámos muito da experiência. O ambiente é muito familiar e acolhedor, os animadores muito simpáticos, os buffets maravilhosos e variados. Recomendamos vivamente, toda a família adorou a experiência!

We recently stayed for 4 nights in march... While weather was ok the put pools were closed with 1 open but too cold to use. Only the buffet was open.... We found our apartment clean and basic.... Food I'm buffet was good but repetitive.... No real negatives only for some facilities closed.... We did see one cockroach in our bathroom on our last day.... The location is a nice walk to old town but doable on way in... All up Hil on way out... We used uber a lot....

The cleaner that cleaned our room was brilliant, always left our daughter’s blanket in a bow shape which our daughter loved. All other staff member that we came into contact with was lovely as friendly to.

Eden villas and apartments is a lovely, well kept resort with a lot going for it. We will most likely visit again for the comfortable rooms and great location, although this time we will be aware of a couple of things. Firstly, out of season there is only one restaurant and bar open. The website indicates that there are a few catering options, but the cafe by the pool, the a la carte restaurant and the other bar were all closed. I had ideas of sitting by the pool and letting the kids get snacks/ lunch from the cafe, but this is not an option in February. Secondly, the indoor pool is like ‘child soup’ and swimming caps are mandatory. If you haven’t brought your own you’ll need to pay 5€. The outdoor pools were way too cold for me (fair, obviously they can’t control the weather), but let’s just say that I won’t bother taking a swimming costume if we go again. Don’t go thinking that if you have two adults then one of you can slope off for a sauna and steam while the other watches the kids either - the spa is just a few treatment rooms, a small pool and a gym. Having said all this, high season wouldn’t suit us as we wouldn’t like the crowds, so we will probably still visit around the same time, just with more awareness! The staff were all fantastic, and aside from the slight misunderstandings outlined I couldn’t fault the place.

Indoor pool is not spacious for 15 people per hour as per rule. it can, if people are just standing and chatting while in the pool but for swimming, very crowded. Outdoor pools are spacious but water is cold so people can not stay long enough to enjoy more. Also, not enough choices for activities for teen agers. There were 32 of us who came for 4 days. Our teenagers only did swimming and ball game. Food wise, breakfast is the same choices every day.
