All was generally fantastic. Staff were great. Food in the upstairs restaurant not amazing - if you only have one dish on the menu, make sure its done really well. Food in the main restaurant was really good. We had 2 a/c units with water leaks. Both were fixed same day.

We would recommend this hotel for families with small children and people with intolerances like gluten (my wife) or lactose (my 7 yo daughter). You can really ask anything to prepare in the restaurants/bars to the very friendly staff. All the food had symbols which indicate what is in it (e.g. milk or gluten or …) Also the animation team deserves a real shout-out with the kids club and Circus shows. And off course the reception was very helpfull. Even from months before our travel we had great contact for all our questions. Thanks for a SUPER vacation! We will definitely come back next year!

Quando escolhemos, experienciamos e repetimos, é sinal de que gostamos! É difícil transmitir a atmosfera única e acolhedora que sentimos no Eden, só mesmo voltando uma e outra vez, que é o nosso caso. Todos os anos somos surpreendidos com melhorias e surpresas! Este ano destaco a concessão na Praia com shuttle diário de cortesia. Tudo pensado ao pormenor, Snack-Bar de apoio com um menu delicioso, espreguiçadeiras e toldos e vigilância de Nadador-Salvador. Parabéns Eden, são seguramente o melhor resort AlI-Inclusive no Algarve!

We have just came back home after and amazing stay! A group of 16 of us visited with children ranging from 9 to 17. Everything about the hotel is great, the food, drinks, apartments, the complex itself is lovely and spacious. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you, the desk staff are so helpful, they booked us trips and taxis with ease. A special mention to Eddie the turtle, Victor who was part of the entertainment crew and Ivo the Barman who entertained us all and made some amazing margaritas! You made us and our kids feel special so thank you for that. We all felt sad when we left! The only thing I could give negative feedback for is I think the main pool should be bigger but apart from that nothing negative from any of us! Thanks for an amazing stay ❤️

Just returned today from Eden and I can honestly say..if you have booked this resort then you've picked an amazing place to holiday so please do not worry! From the moment we arrived the staff were there to collect our cases...then an easy check in process using watts app to store all relevant information then buggy to our one bed apartment. It was spacious and clean. The food was amazing...make use of the a la Carte restaurant which is included with the all-inclusive...all staff are super friendly and helpful and the animation team are the best I've experienced. The shows were awesome. We went for breakfast in a leisurely time frame and still managed to get sunbeds on the days we were on site. We visited Lisbon and a boat trip and a jeep safari. Also took in a Sporting Lisbon game. This resort is amazing and everyone clearly works really hard to keep it that way. During our stay we made use of the Adam and Eve Spa. Im so glad we did! They do treatments for children...my 7 year old had a massage and nails! I had a truly wonderful massage and facial the day prior to coming home which just gave my holiday the perfect ending. The spa is immaculate...the rooms beautiful and my therapist was amazing! My little girl even received a certificate of her first massage which she just loved! I could go on and on about all the details that just made Eden very special. Thank you team Eden. More

Overall the place was very nice, the whole place felt like its own little village. The architecture was beautiful. The food and drinks service is amazing. The apartments are kept incredibly clean. The staff were very friendly. The water park for the children was great. The main family pool however seemed a little small and unfortunately with most holidays these days the situation of trying to get a sun bed was terrible. People leaving towels on sun beds then not arriving to use them till lunch or later. Also the hotel puts up everywhere that they don’t allow inflatables in either pools however this was never enforced so even less space. The only other downer is the bug bites, both my children and myself got bitten a lot and I noticed most people I saw round the pools etc were also victims of bites. Overall it’s a lovely place, little niggles to maybe think about before you go
