The room is not large, but clean. There is no parking lot, so please be careful when checking in. There is a public parking lot about 700 meters away, so it is recommended to park there. The room class I stayed in was a room with a street view. You can hear street music like a concert venue from inside the room. It's great for people who go out at night! The city is very loud, so if you want a quiet room, I recommend looking for a hotel in the suburbs.

The room was much bigger than we first expected. Not the room type we were expecting but the room seemed to be upgraded with a larger bed and room size. Liked how the hotel embrace sustainability by having wooden room cards and paper made hangers, my friend and I really enjoyed the stay without the kids' noises. The swings on 5th Floor were quite fun, so as the sunbathing area on 6th floor. Sound cancellation was superb as the hotel locates at the noisest area of Albufeira but we cannot hear any music when we stepped into the room. Otherwise, there's two entrance which can get you to different part of Albufeira, therefore overall it is very convenience. Will look forward to visit the hotel again.

This place has polarizing reviews.. After going there, I understand why.
The facilities and services are good. You can use the swimming pool, washer and dryer (performance is poor), sauna and spa for free, and although the building structure is unique (1st and 8th floor reception, 2 elevator transfers, etc.), it's okay if you get used to it.
We couldn't find the way by taxi, so we climbed the hill with our suitcases, but the reception on the first floor is near the spar mart. They were friendly, but the air conditioner was broken so I called twice and they didn't come so I just gave up.
This place is in the middle of the old town, so I actually made a reservation based on the location, but it's literally in the middle of the club street, so even if you're inside the accommodation, you'll be staying at the concert hall all night long. There's no soundproofing, so you have to enjoy it together until 5 a.m. The noise is another level, as foreign reviews say.
I’m traveling around the world, but this place is really ambiguous haha. The breakfast isn’t bad, but it’s just ambiguous… . Personally, I think it would be less noisy and better if it wasn't just in this alley because it's Albupay!!

Perfect location. Nightlife superb . Morning breakfast was very good with live singer. Just near 2-3 minutes walk to beautiful beach.

Had a great stay here. We had a problem with our room the first night and it was sorted out for us straight away. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Beach only a 2 minute walk away. Will 100% be back. Our friends stayed too and they also loved it.
Brilliant time, great pool and bar area too!

Visited the spa in hotel indigo, overall nice vibe and friendly staff however the massage was not worth the money in our opinion. We were not asked what pressure we would like so our massages were more of a light rub which is not what we wanted for the price. The pool was not clean and the steam room nor vichy room was working. Overall we were disappointed for how much we paid.

I booked a last minute long weekend trip travelling from Ireland. Before I booked I had checked reviews and knew this was in the heart of the old town above late night bars and restaurants. We had a lovely stay, all the staff were so friendly. The location was extremely central if you want to get to the beach or restaurants. All within a 2 minute walk. The room was lovely and modern. Unfortunately I did not book the balcony style room as I booked a standard double. This came with no view but as it was only for 3 nights and I spent most of that away from the hotel, it wasn’t a problem. When I return I will be booking a balcony room. The breakfast had a very good selection of hot and cold food and was never packed full of people. The showers in the room were really powerful with high end luxury shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Fair play to all the hard working staff on presenting a lovely hotel. Highly recommend
