At first glance, better than I expected, however, as the stay progressed we found negative points: the waiting time at reception is crazy, it looks like a Portuguese public service. It is not acceptable that with so many guests there should only be one person serving at a time... The hotel's jacuzzi, which is included in the price, has ice-cold water and only 2 air vents operate. Therefore, it is almost impossible to be there. Beautiful but useless... In a SPA that is paid for, there are also aspects that need to be improved for that very reason, because when paid and within a 4-star hotel, you cannot have doors dragging across the floor, for example, as is the case in the bathroom. women. There are also security doors that don't open on the bars, which is very strange and even stranger is that there is no safety equipment in the kitchen such as a fire extinguisher or blanket since it has a stove.
However, the renovation was well done and I hope that these aspects are quickly improved because I wanted to return to the hotel.

Ficámos satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. A qualidade e variedade das refeições superaram as expectativas. Embora os jantares temáticos não sejam diários, são uma ótima surpresa quando acontecem e dão um toque especial à experiência gastronómica. Um destaque que merece ser referido: todos os dias há pizzas feitas na hora, sempre deliciosas — óptimo para quem viaja com crianças (e não só!). Tanto o serviço do restaurante como o do bar foi impecável — sempre atencioso, simpático e prestável. Queremos destacar especialmente dois colaboradores que contribuíram de forma marcante para a nossa experiência: o Alexandre, no bar, sempre disponível, cordial e atento a cada detalhe, e o Miguel Costa, cuja simpatia e dedicação com os mais pequenos foi notável — mostrou sempre um carinho especial pelas crianças, o que tornou os momentos em família ainda mais agradáveis. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, ideais para descansar após um dia de atividades. Os espaços comuns do hotel são amplos, bem cuidados e transmitem uma sensação de tranquilidade e segurança. A única nota menos positiva é a distância à praia. No entanto, o hotel resolve bem essa questão com um serviço de transporte , pontual e eficiente, que facilita muito o acesso. Nous avons passé 3 semaines en Algarve dont 1 semaine au Framissima Albufeira Sol. L’hôtel est bien situé, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, par contre le personnel à la réception n'est pas très agréable, voir peu souriant...c'est vraiment limite. La formule tout compris est correcte, même si les repas manquent parfois de variété. L’ambiance reste familiale, chaleureuse, idéale pour des vacances sans prise de tête. Les animateurs sont très sympas et dynamiques. Mais attention, si vous souhaitez vraiment découvrir l’Algarve autrement, évitez les excursions proposées à l’hôtel ou par fram. Contactez plutôt Les urbains sauvages, deux guides privés français passionnés. Ils sont géniaux et nous ont fait découvrir des coins magnifiques, loin du tourisme de masse. Le coup de cœur de nos vacances! De plus ils viennent vous chercher devant le hall d'entrée. Si vous souhaitez vous déplacer, évitez les taxis. Sachez que l'océan est très froid en Algarve, donc si vous souhaitez profiter de la plage il faut s'armer de courage, 17°. Nous reviendrons en Algarve !

Tonight I watched the Mama Mia show for the second time and it was even better which I didn’t think would be possible after the first one blew me away. Each dancer pours their soul into the show and you can see how much it means to each and every one of them. Tonight, one of the dancers, Diana opened the show for the first time, she gave it her all and she was incredible to watch. Thankyou to Myrelle (birthday girl!!!!!), Vini, Johnny, Jonathas, Lily and Morgan for an incredible night. This show is perfect for a family event or for a fun Friday evening, I went solo and was cheering on my own to all the classics, it was fab. Joana the manager is wonderful and you can see the lovely energy she cultivates with all the dancers - her handstands are also hella impressive! The dancers all have their own relationships with the kids and you can see how much the kids love them, testament to all the activities these guys do under the sun all day! I can’t recommend enough, don’t miss out.
