The hotel is very well located, 15 minutes from the city center and right next to the beach. It is charmingly decorated and has a great view towards the city and the ocean. Some things are a bit old and could be better cared for. Our room could definitely use a renovation but still retains a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The only downside was the breakfast organization today, not enough plates and cutlery and most no one to lift up the tables. Food was also scarse but tasty.

Good location within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Lovely sea/pool/street view depending on what floor your room is.
Delicious and expansive buffet breakfast.
I had to change rooms because the TV and nightstand light was not working. Excellent service.

Really disappointing! Stayed here for 3 nights and wouldn’t recommend at all. There is construction happening at the back of the hotel right where the pool area is the noise is constant until approx 6pm. The location of the hotel is at the top of a hill and it is a myriad of steps, narrow corridors and more stairs. We travelled as a couple booked a double room was given a twin, they did change it and upgraded us to sea view room. Staff aren’t particularly helpful I had to ask where the restaurant was, where the pool is and was there a map of the local area. Also there appears to be inconsistencies around hiring towels, some people are charged some people aren’t. €20 each deposit per towel and make sure they give you a receipt, we didn’t receive one and then had to argue to get the deposit back. Overall a really disappointing stay, Loved Portugal, loved Albufeira and will return but not to this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in August. I had requested a double room sea view. The room we were given on the 2nd floor was dreadful - small, water marks on walls , grubby, air conditioning leaking (making puddles on the floor inside the room), view of a neighbouring houses wall. Awful. So disappointing. Must have been the worst room in the hotel. We were moved the next day though, to a lovely room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view . I feel this wasted the first day of our holiday , we couldn’t unpack & get settled in until our 2nd day & we were only there for 3 nights. We couldn’t lie by the pool as the construction work was so loud & went on till 6pm. I felt the rest of the hotel was lovely though. Breakfast nice, good choice. Staff pleasant. Good location.

False advertisement for everything you booked. Old rooms no air conditioning slow internet no water pressure. Put in twin beds when you booked one bed, everything is horrible here.
