Pessima pulizia piatto doccia pieno di capelli e peli carta attaccata nelle pareti abbiamo chiesto una seconda pulizia perché ovviamente noi lavarsi con i capelli e i peli d’altri anche no ma nn è cambiato molto perché i pezzi di carta attaccati nel muro li hanno lasciati hanno solo dato una passata al piatto doccia.
Poi la stanza aveva i muri sporchi, tende sporche buchi nelle pareti letto macchiato di caffè materassi scomodissimi il letto matrimoniale erano due materassi singoli quindi quando dormivi si separavano. Gli asciugamani li abbiamo fatti cambiare dopo due giorni ma erano abbastanza scocciati perché loro nn li cambiano ogni giorno ma dopo il terzo giorno . Pareti sottilissime e sentivi tutti i rumori se dovevi riposare non si poteva perché c’era baccano. Pessimo albergo mai più sconsiglio a tutti specialmente se siete abituati a vivere nel pulito

Siamo stati weekend dell’ Immacolata. Hotel molto comodo perché in centro con possibilità di parcheggio . Personale molto disponibile , gentile e carino per qualsiasi informazione. Purtroppo è un Albergo molto datato con tanto bisogno di ristrutturazione e non degno di 3 stelle!! Mi dispiace ma personalmente non lo consiglio .

Ho passato un fine settimana molto rilassante e tranquillao. Tutto il staff da Allegroitalia Alassio Rosa sono molto gentile e rispettose. Hotels si trova a 10 m distanza della spiaggia e anche vicino a stazione ferroviaria. Ritornero molto volentieri..Complimenti al tutto staff.

Séjour parfait à tous points de vue !
Notre séjour a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, nous avons pu tout faire à pied ! La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Un parking était à disposition.
Je note l'excellent accueil du personnel de la réception tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ ! Merci encore !
Nous avons aussi pu profiter et privatiser le SPA, ce qui fut un réel moment de bonheur !

A little more care, this could be a great hotel
This could be a great hotel with a spa and gym, in a perfect position, good choice at breakfast and lovely staff. But it has not been maintained. While we were there, the spa was closed because the roof had fallen in, the lift broke down and was still out of action on the day we left, the door to the gym would not close, there weren’t enough sockets for the gym equipment and some did not even have electrical leads.
