Premetto che lavoro nel settore turistico valuto hotel nella zona del Medio Oriente. Lati negativi: hotel con camere molto fane e bagni con vasca da bagno pericolosa per clienti di una certa età. Lati positivi: spiaggia e una delle piu ampie di Alassio; personale cordiale; qualità dei pasti: colazione e cena.

Ci si aspettava di più diciamo ma tutto sommato hotel carino pulito e camere spaziose,mobilio vecchiotto da rivedere personale carino e gentile belle le spiagge davanti .cibo nulla di stratosferico ma apprezzabile (da hotel) receptionist molto professionale e informata su tutto il da farsi in Alassio

Ein typisches italienisches Grand Hotel, das noch ein wenig den Geist vergangener Jahrzehnte atmet. Man darf kein topmodern saniertes Haus erwarten, aber es ist sauber, gepflegt und gut erhalten. Und es war, wie wir fanden - im Unterschied zu vielen andern Hotels der Kategorie an der ligurischen Küste - moderat im Preis. Dass der hoteleigene Strand extra kostet (und nicht zu knapp), ist angesichts dessen zu verschmerzen. Die Hotellerie in der Gegend muss ihren Umsatz in wenigen Sommermonaten machen, so ist das nun mal. Hervorzuheben sind das durchwegs sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und der schöne Frühstücksort im Freien unter schattigem Dach. Und natürlich die Lage. An der Strasse beim lungomare und doch ein paar Schritte weg vom grossen Trubel, so dass man nachts das Meeresrauschen bei offenem Fenster geniessen kann. Wir würden das Hotel insgesamt als ausgezeichnete Wahl in Alassio bezeichnen.

Clients depuis une vingtaine d’années de cet hôtel nous avions constaté depuis 2 ou 3 ans une dégradation des prestations et de l’ambiance Impression confirmée cette année , changement d’une grande partie du personnel (et pas en bien),direction qui se prend trop au sérieux et antipathique, bref une page est tournée et d’autres établissements méritent beaucoup plus de travailler

Ottima struttura, posizione incantevole vista isola gallinara ,e costiera ,spiaggia privata fronte hotel con bar e servizio ristorante per mangiare direttamentesul mare,camere vista mozzafiato, ristorante con servizio impeccabile, menù di pesce, carne,vegetelariano,servito da personale qualificato in piu con buffet antipasti tutti i giorni ben rifornito di crudo di pesce tante prelibatezze, per poi non parlare del buffet dei dolci ,veramente vacanza perfetta lo consiglio vivamente

Ho avuto il piacere di utilizzare (a pagamento) i servizi della spiaggia del "Grand Hotel Mediterraneo" pur non essendo una cliente dell'albergo e devo dire che è stata una bella esperienza. Il personale è stato veramente professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. La comodità dell'ascensore che porta direttamente in spiaggia per le persone con handicap è stato un tocco di classe. I bagnini Daniele e Camila sono stati fantastici e sempre attenti sopratutto con mia madre in carrozzina. Le ragazze alla reception sono state sempre sorridenti e gentili.
