Wonderful hotel and staff, the highlight of all this is the pools, the spa and the massages and treatments provided by the inimitable and talented Roberta, who runs this spa with flair and kindness. Beyond the spa, she also offers advice and suggestions for things to discover in the Alassio region.

What a wonderful place! We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single one of them. The service was outstanding, and Lina made our stay truly special. The restaurant and kitchen are of very high quality; the wine list is excellent, and the service was extremely professional. Thanks to many great people like Christian, Michele, Angelo, and many other wonderful staff members, we felt at home from the very beginning. The pool was managed by Mauricio—what a great guy! Not only the guardian of the pool area, but also someone who can tell you everything about the history of the property and the surroundings. The spa was fantastic as well. Roberta took great care of my partner, and the massages were of excellent quality. The property and the surrounding nature are beautiful. The sea is close by, and the walk from the hotel to the city kept us healthy and energetic. We are already looking forward to coming back!

Several things to look out for at this hotel. We stayed there in mid June 2025 and arrived on a very hot day after a drive from Nice in a hire car. The approach to the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate by car. it is at the top of a very steep hill and the approach is a narrow one lane road with several hairpin bends. There is no mention of this on their website. The dining area is strictly demarcated. On our arrival we made our way to a table in order to eat lunch while our room was being made up. having just arrived, we were hot and tired. We asked if we could be seated under the large shade at a table next to us. we were informed that this would have to be 'checked with the manager'. Despite the area only having one family in the dining area this was refused as we had been placed on a different menu. the inflexibility was staggering. This hotel will be extremely challenging for anyone with impairments. The infinity pool and spa can only be reached by several steep flights of stairs and it shuts at 5pm! Incredible at these prices and in such hot weather. They also charge a cool 10 euros for room service.

L’altra sera sono stata a cena con il mio compagno ed un altra coppia di amici. Il posto è molto bello ma il servizio scarso. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere i menu dato che l’attesa al tavolo si stava prolungando parecchio senza che nessuno ci degnasse, abbiamo poi chiesto 5 volte il cestino delle varietà di pane, grissini e focaccia prima di riceverlo e più volte di versarci champagne nel bicchiere. Per quanto concerne il menu diciamo non soddisfacente il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La voie d’accès assez étroite et peu attrayante mais passé le portail nous entrons dans un sublime parc .Le comité d’accueil est présent prend les choses en mains. Nous visitons notre suite « Margareth « dans un deuxième bâtiment à l’étage. Tout est très classe dans un état parfait. Le dîner 1 étoile au Michelin …. Pour nous nous décernerions au Chef la note de 3 étoiles tellement le menu était succulent. Un service excellent. Conclusion un endroit à garder précieusement dans nos adresses en Italie.

Eine wahre Perle an der Ligurischen riviera!
Eine absolute Perle! Hochklassisch, freundlich und sehr angenehm! Fantastisches Personal, diskret aber auch lustig! Habe viele Hotels gesehen aber VilladellaPergola gehört zu den allerbesten! Lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig!
Eins zu merken, nicht für Kinder, wäre störend für die Erwachsenen und langweilig für die Kinder also bitte nicht mit Kinder hinreisen

Très mauvaise expérience
Nous étions venus l année dernière et etions tres contents
Cette annee l hôtel a changé .
Le personnel est désagréable ( sauf a la piscine)
La réceptionniste du soir a été particulièrement hostile et impolie. Nous avions besoin d un taxi pour revenir de la ville le soir elle a refusé de nous en réserver un .
C est inacceptable pour le un relais et château
Quand nous avons voulu en parler au manager le matin suivant elle n etait pas la . Nous avons pu finalement la joindre au téléphone mais elle n avait pas le temps car elle avait un rendez-vous chez le médecin…
Visiblement l hôtel n est pas tenu et le personnel fait ce qu il veut.
Le restaurant du soir était fermé et quand nous avons voulu avoir une collation le serveur a dit qu il était trop tard ( 9 h du soir ) et qu il travaillait depuis 12 h!!. C est dommage car l endroit est magnifique mais nous n y retournerons plus car le personnel est vraiment désagréable et impoli. A déconseiller

Gorgeous historical villa, with amazing cliffside views of Alassio, phenomenal restaurant, and an amazing garden. The room that we stayed in was well appointed, had luxurious decorations and a lot of historical decor items. The infinity pool was gorgeous, and the drinks were phenomenal. The restaurant was also very good, and we had to try the five course prix fixe menu. The staff was amazing, and were very courteous, professional and helpful.
