We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Very expensive for what it is the service that goes with it there is no single room without interest the finishes cleanliness leaves something to be desired no service example impossible to have lunch outside when the weather is nice hey sun required to run after everyone to just have an ashtray and it is impossible to have something to nibble or eat at 4 p.m. in the afternoon it is an establishment that calls itself a Grand hotel but it only has the name

Amazing staff and unique location in Italy. One of the best hotels by the beach in Italy. Great relaxing experience at the spa, gorgeous views from my Deluxe with terrace; Generous buffet breakfast. All is done to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Grand Hotel Alassio!

Bel hôtel , très bien situé les pied dans l’eau sur une grande plage de sable aménagée pour les clients . Belle chambre , pour la notre vue mer , un superbe spa et une masseuse Masha, formidable. Tout est en place pour passer de belles et agréables vacances. Un grand merci particulier à Alex , le concierge, qui vous accompagne dans vos choix de restaurant et autres activités avec sympathie et professionnalisme, tout le personnel de l’hôtel en général est accueillant, au petit soin et disponible pour nous faire sentir tellement bien .Nous reviendrons très vite , nous avons adoré

So far. Day one of our 6 day stay. The staff here, from the bell hop to the front desk staff. Incredibly professional , polite, positive and in general well mannered. Classy! I’ve learned to pay little to pictures and review content if not detailed. We went to a few other hotels on the coast We were fortunate we have learned to walk in the front door of a hotel to get the feel , attempt an interaction, befire committing. Within seconds of exiting our vehicle We felt wanted , welcome, valued.

Clairement, c’est haut de gamme. Beaucoup de petites attentions, l’emplacement est le meilleur de la ville. Des petits détails à revoir (chocs sur des meubles, sol parfois abîmé) mais ça tient vraiment la route.
