Dreadful! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Cold, dirty, an old metal shelf unit for baggage, Clothes, everything inc an old domestic fridge! No where to sit, dreadful service except in the top floor breakfast terrace where is was excellent and friendly! We left early!

Okay for a 3 start hotel It's a 3 star hotel. I should have known better. I also should have realized that the hotel would not have the best view since it is winter, and the pools were not accessible or even had water in them. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was given an old physical key with a dirty keychain that I'm sure had not been sanitized. The room I entered did not have a mattress on the bed frame. It was an empty bed and in a small room. I was so upset that I went straight back down to the lobby and just said, "There is no mattress on the bed." The receptionist saw my irritation and gave me a new room - he said it was bigger and much more space with a better view. I went to the second room. It was a bigger room with a nice view - although the view of the pools were empty and full of rain water. The shower only had shampoo, no body wash. The bed had a sheet on it, but the blankets were somewhere else. It was fine for a 3 star hotel, but there was like a metal scent that was stuck in my nose maybe from the water pipes or bathroom. I will not be staying here again.
