W Hotelu Kleopatra Life jest bardzo profesjonalna obsługa. Każdy podchodzi z uśmiechem. Kuchnia również urozmaicone przepyszna. Kucharze brawo dla nich. Pokoje w sam raz na odpoczynek , czyste . Możliwe ,że i łazienki wymagają odnowy ale nie jest aż tak źle. Mogę z całego serca polecić ten Hotel, a z pewnością wrócimy do niego bo jest w nim urok i coś ma w sobie aż chce się wracać.

It was my first time in Alanya and choosing Kleopatra Life Hotel turned out to be the best decision. I found there everything I needed and even more... :) The location is perfect. Near the beautiful beach, not far from the city center, but far enough to find peace and relax. The food was really delicious, varied and fresh. The hospitality of the crew is priceless. Everyone was nice and helpful. There was nothing to complain about. My vacation at Kleopatra Life was a pure pleasure :) I definitely recommend staying there :)

Çalışan servis elemanları ***et iyi ve güler yüzlü ancak temizlik çok kötü 2 defa oda temizlendi ama ne çarşaf ne havlu değişimi yapılmadı sadece yere paspas atıp çöp alındı

Отдыхаю в Kleopatra life второй раз и очень довольно своим выбором. Очень родное место. Сразу узнали по приезду , обрадовались и приветливо встретили. В следующий раз поеду именно сюда и в Kleopatra Life. Очень чистый, красивый и если нужно , чтоб отдых удался, то сюда. В отеле все внимательные, подскажут и помогут в любом вопросе, вежливые и гостеприимные и конечно же душевные и дружелюбные. Я благодарна каждому в отелю, так как все делают на 100 процентов, чтоб было классно каждому. Начинаю со встречи и до последнего дня отпуска. И проводи при отъезде . Очень нравится отель и конечно же люди. Благодарю за прекрасный отпуск, вернусь и буду скучать

Были у вас с 09-15 октября 2024, на 6 этаже, 605. Отель очень понравился , море через дорогу, погода супер,купались на третьем пляже, там меньше плит. Атмосфера доброжелательная, на ресепшене очень понравилась девушка Пери, русскоязычная, все рассказала, объяснила. А какие повара и официанты-мальчики обслуживали с улыбкой, доброжелательно. На баре очень приятный молодой человек, бармен Аудen обслуживал супер, все внимательно, терпеливо и с улыбкой хотя знаю как тяжело с людьми работать и официант молодой человек Икай , изначально помог разобраться по приезду и всегда с красивой улыбкой. Я бы хотела чтоб администрация поблагодарила персонал и конкретно указанных людей а ещё лучше поощрила, потому что это важно и для них мотивация и нам приятно что нас обслуживает такой персонал. Повара молодцы,все вкусно, много фруктов. Горничная на шестом этаже, девушка ,всегда внимательная, порядок в номере. В номерах все понравилось, только хотелось чтоб сейфы повесили куда-то на стену, очень много места занимает в шкафу и было бы приятным бонусом чтоб он был без оплаты.. + dobre, zróżnicowane posiłki, po których nie było żadnych przypadłości zdrowotnych + bardzo mała odległość od plaży + mały, ale nieoblegany w październiku basen + przyjazna obsługa - pokoje wymagają odświeżenia albo remontu, czas odcisnął na nich swoje piętno - drink bar przy basenie ma baaardzo ograniczony wachlarz drinków dostępnych w ramach all-inclusive

The hotel was impeccable, we had a great time. The rooms were clean, the pool was also nice and clean, and it wasn’t overcrowded. The food was divine, both the breakfasts and dinners. I can’t say anything negative about the accommodation.☺️☺️

Great! Clean and comfortable hotel. Professional and kind staff, ready to help at any time.The food is plentiful, there was a lot to choose from. And everything was really delicious.in addition to the sea, I also made good use of the hotel's pool, comfortable sunbeds and the bar nearby.there was a great atmosphere everywhere I was in the hotel area, I can recommend it to families as well as solo travelers.a nice memory for me, I met a lot of good people

Ostatnio miałam przyjemność zatrzymać się w hotelu Cleopatra Life w Alanya i muszę przyznać, że był to jeden z najlepszych pobytów w tej okolicy. Położenie hotelu jest idealne – blisko centrum i zaledwie kilka kroków od przepięknej plaży Kleopatry, co sprawia, że każdy dzień można spędzić, ciesząc się słońcem, morzem i długimi spacerami piękną promenadą. Niewielkie pokoje są nowoczesne, przytulne i czyste, wyposażone w podstawowy komfort, a łóżka niezwykle wygodne. Obsługa hotelu jest wyjątkowo przyjazna i pomocna. Jedzenie zasługuje na szczególne wyróżnienie. Wszystko było świeże i smaczne, a deserom trudno było się oprzeć! Jeśli szukasz spokojnego wypoczynku z piękną plażą i dobrym jedzeniem, hotel Kleopatra Life jest świetnym wyborem. Na pewno wrócę tam przy kolejnej wizycie w Alanya!
