Otelde 4 gece 4 kız olarak konakladık. Gerçekten felaket bir deneyimdi. Otelin tek iyi yanı Ayten hanımdı. İlgilenmesi olsun, telefonlara dönüş hızı olsun bir tek o bizimle ilgilendi. Ama maalesef bu yeterli olmadı. Otelin sahibi ve diğer çalışanlar çok saygısız ve kötüydüler. Gece vaktinde başka bir çalışan duruyordu resepsiyonda ve bize her geç geldiğimizde resmen hesap sordu. Nerden geldiğimizi ne yaptığımızı sorup durdu çok rahatsız ediciydi. Gece vakti biraz ses çıkardığımız için kapımızı yumruklayarak bizi azarladı resmen. Kendimizi 4 gece boyunca hiç güvende hissetmedik. Kesimlikle böyle bir leş oteli önermiyorum. Gelmeyin getirtmeyin.

Были в этом отеле в 2022 году и решили вернуться в 2023 на свою голову. Прилетели мы поздно и были в отеле где то в 23.30 и тут началось. Нам сообщили, что номеров нет и мы должны поехать в другой отель и пожить там какое то время, дня три например. Этот отель тоже их и если нам понравится, мы можем там остаться. Сказать, что мы обалдели, ничего не сказать! Выяснение отношений толку не дало, да и устали мы. Но финальный штрих убедил, что в отеле берега попутали. Наш чемодан просто вывез из отеля какой то мужик, поставил на пороге и пошел ловить такси. Привезли нас в отель Смайл. Если Клеопатру Айтюр можно назвать уставшим отелем, то Смайл буквально при смерти. Из хорошего только матрас достаточно твердый. Все остальное по принципу работает и ладно. Кондиционер дует на кровать, потому что там лопастей нет? Да и ладно, дует же. Унитаз смывает тонкой струйкой? Да и ладно, смывает же. То, что есть завтраки слава богу, конечно, но яйца я и сама сварить могу, ехали то в апарт. А вот то, что вечером даже чаю попить негде, это мне совсем не понравилось. На следующий день приехал как он назвался директор на разговор и попросил пожить тут три ночи, потом он нам даст хороший номер с кондиционером и бесплатное продление номера. Согласились, чего уж. Правда, он даже не удосужился посмотреть, что кондиционер у нас уже оплачен. И, забегая вперед, скажу, никто нам номер не продлил! Как мы поняли позднее, это их обычная схема, большую половину туристов отправлять на какое то время в отель Смайл, видимо, заполняя его таким нехитрым способом. Столько скандалов на ресепшн я не видела нигде, а езжу я часто! А дальше было уже по мелочи, то холодильник отключился, то кондей потек. Починили, конечно, но времени у нас украли много и нервы потрепали. Создается ощущение, что администрации отеля абсолютно неинтересно то, что к ним захотели вернуться и сделали все возможное, чтобы этого не случилось. Номера уставшие: унитаз гудит, диваны в гостиной химчистку знали очень давно. Матрасы очень мягкие, подушки состоят из комочков. Посуды достаточно (кастрюля, сковородка, ложки/вилки/тарелки/чашки), но постельное белье чистое, номер убирают каждый день. Вайфай в номере ловит плохо, хоть и жили рядом с роутером. Звукоизоляция в отеле никакая, хлопанье каждой двери слышно в номере. Своей территории у отеля нет А так то море и солнце никто не испортил, конечно, но в этот отель мы больше ни ногой. Погуляли по округе, апартов много, есть из чего выбрать даже в этой локации Если хотите сыграть в игру поселят- не поселят, хороший номер - с видом на стену, то вам сюда, но я очень НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ этот отель именно из за отношения администрации к гостям. Нет, улыбаться вам будут, но нам от этого легче не стало

If the price is low, I will consider this hotel for a trip next year, since it is close to good shops and the sea, plus you can cook your own food - it turned out to be unexpectedly expensive in this area. I only have a photo of breakfast at the hotel)) )) My rating is in the price-quality ratio, adequate for this price category. Usually I stay in five-star hotels that are 7 times more expensive. I do not compare these price categories)) This time I went to Alanya for shopping, I was not going to sit in the room, the goal was - proximity to attractions, the sea and shopping. I reduced the star for the smell in the room - all the furniture is soaked with the smell of food from previous residents. I am not sure that the hotel administration can change this ...

Отдыхали семьей две недели в августе. Расположение отеля замечательное: центр города, до моря метров 500. Магазины в шаговой доступности. Пунктов обмена валюты тоже достаточно. В номере чисто, уютно, кондиционер платный. Есть кухня и все необходимое для приготовления пищи. В кухне есть небольшой холодильник. Бассейн расположен на крыше отеле, возле работает бар с напитками и закусками. Доступ в интернет в отеле вполне нормальный (непосредственно в номере). Уборка в номерах ежедневная. Персонал отеля - люди отзывчивые, добродушные и гостеприимные. Эконом класс для тех, кто не прихотлив.

We bought a tour, arrived late in the evening. Honestly, we expected the worst)). We were offered two rooms to choose from, we opted for the corner one, which is larger. The living room with a balcony overlooked the central boulevard, the bedroom - the neighboring house, which is really very close and the view is quite depressing. But we just did not open the curtains and it did not bother us. The room itself is in normal condition, but the bathroom is of course very so-so, it needs repair, but I want to note that absolutely everything worked in the room, the air conditioner was enough for both rooms, they cleaned daily and very well. Good sleeping places and clean linen. In general, we had a room for four, there was a lot of space. Sometimes we cooked ourselves, sometimes we went to cafes and restaurants. Our refrigerator was working all the time and didn't turn off when you left the room. People complained that the stoves didn't heat well, we couldn't cope with it on the first day either, but then we figured out that the power increases not clockwise, but counterclockwise! In Migros, which is very close, there is very tasty lamb, we bought it and cooked it a couple of times, I recommend it. The meat is completely different from the lamb that is sold here, I don't know how they keep these sheep there, but the taste is much better. Fruits are cheap, wine is not bad, coffee is excellent, we bought it for home - Mehmet Efendi, because the same in Moscow is three times more expensive. We didn't go to the market, but the choice there is certainly bigger and cheaper. In general, Migros has everything from food and not only. There are a lot of shops around, all the sights are nearby, as well as beach number 1 on Cleopatra, where there is no stove and a normal entrance to the sea. Two sunbeds - 3 dollars, did not take an umbrella, did not sit in the heat. But there is enough space to just sunbathe on a towel or blanket, absolutely free)). In short, the apartments are certainly not luxury, but if at a cheap price and without claims to luxury - you can go, We did not see any insects in the room by the way, no cockroaches, no mosquitoes - there were none)) The city center, tourists are brought to our beach every day, both by sea and by land,. Damlatas Cave is nearby, a museum, a funicular, a port, a street of "red lights" - if anyone needs))

We are very unpretentious and lived in different conditions and huts around the world. But this hotel is terrible to live in. Dirt, smoke-filled, smells of cat urine after cleaning. We changed the room for a better one with an extra charge, but it is slightly better. We asked to wash the curtains with fungal stains, this was done, the cleaners there are normal helpful, but for some reason there is still a feeling of total dirt. And so now I am lying in the hospital after an electric shock from the kitchen stove in this hotel ... it hit me for the first time in my life so hard that everything went numb and my heart was shaking ... sockets sparking, kettles are wrapped with electrical tape ... and before that we were flooded from the kitchen sink water rose from the basement twice ... the first time the administrator called the cleaner, the second time he gave us a rag and a bucket saying clean up yourselves. A terrible hotel, namely its everyday life. The advantages are the location close to the sea and the price, but even this price does not please me at all because I am now in the hospital due to improper electrical wiring in the room (I will note in the improved paid option). This is the worst hotel in my entire life and all my travels, although I had to live even in simple but clean bungalows made of cardboard, but here... a nightmare.
