1. First of all, the room we stayed in was damp. It was very dark and there were no products such as shampoo, shower, etc. The air conditioning remote control arrived two days after we requested it.
2. The breakfast was inadequate and the food at the restaurant was not tasty.
3. The pools were very small, only one person can swim. It was like a dark indoor pool. The pool did not get any sunlight.
4. The cleaning was very inadequate. Our room was not cleaned on the first day, but when we requested it, it was only cleaned superficially.
5. The staff working at the beach were very rude. The beach was incredibly poorly designed. The sunbeds were more crowded than at public beaches, they were all crowded together.
6. There was no entertainment, activities, music, etc. at the hotel. It was dead.
The only good thing was the location of the hotel.
We were not satisfied, a hotel I will never pass by again…

Lækkert hotel på overfladen, men fx faldt håndtaget til altandøren af og blev ikke sat på igen, mørklægningsgardinerne faldt ned, håndklæderholderen hang i en skrue og der var børn i poolen selvom det er et voksenhotel.
Ikke super service i receptionen.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend, but when we read the reviews there were many complaints about various things. We chose it anyway. And we couldn't be more happier. The hotel was fantastic, right on the beach. Everyone was super nice and the best service. The man who ran the hotel was always there and helped with everything. Really nice people. The breakfast was perfect and we had a balcony with a view to the sea. The music at the hotel next door that others complain about is just super nice to listen to. It is a shame that this hotel has not received more good reviews because it deserves the best. We are definitely going back.
