More like a 2-star hotel

Absolutely shocking hotel we arrived bed sheets covered in brown stains bedding all ripped tap not on sink took 3 days to get it sorted cleanliness disgraceful food was raw there were cats in dinning room near food we didn't eat in here as it's slop disgusting best thing was the bar over road, all inclusive finished at 21.30 a couple of days it's shut at 2100 what a horrible hotel honestly please avoid pictures of the hotel are actually of the water park over road, ruined holiday staff rude avoid at all costs

Arrived at this horrible placefor 2wks checked in went to our room poo stains on sheets manager come changed, house keeping terrible changed bedding pillow cases holes in them floor never gets swept bathroom sink tap broke took 3 days to fix,the food is terrible don't cater for english people who wants broccoli for breakfast food is raw and cold we ate out every day restaurant across road called Queen Anne Hotel amazing english breakfast and steaks no WiFi you have to pay for this 28e for 14 days which states free WiFi your all inclusive finishes bang on 21.30 please listen to me and avoid this hotel absolutely terrible 3 star my ****.

I stayed in this with my family for 8 nights. The room was bigger than what I was expecting. They cleaned our room ever. The stuff who works in the hotel very polite and helps. We liked food in the buffet. Many options delicious food We will choose this hotel for next summer

Good afternoon! We are currently vacationing at the Aslan city 3* hotel in Alanya, Turkey. The hotel pleasantly surprised us, we really like it here, and it's strange that it has only 3 stars. I especially want to mention the staff, they raise the level of this hotel. Mahir and Dilan are always friendly and attentive at the reception, they can solve any of your problems, where necessary, they will prompt and help with advice. Thank you very much! I would also like to note the friendly atmosphere of the staff in the restaurant and in the bar - AhmetThanks a lot to the kitchen, everything is fresh and always very tasty, well done! I will also note the location of the hotel itself - it couldn't be better, because next to the best beach in Alanya is Cleopatra Beach. ❤️❤️I definitely recommend this hotel, for this money you will not find a better one. I wish the hotel only good luck and prosperity!

Very rude and arrogant staff. Everyone have to wake up at 6am because of the mosque next to the hotel. If you want to ruin your holiday, come here. 90 % clients are russian. My holiday was ruined. Will never come back. Worst hotel i have stayed in

I’m not staying at this hotel but I’ve gladly stumbled on the best masseuse in Turkey. His name is Nejdet and I highly recommend him. He has studied in Thailand and you can tell. I’ve had massages all around the world and I can honestly say he is up there with the best. I’ve been getting mixed therapy with acupuncture, a 5 day course and I can honestly say it has done me the world of good. As I said I’m not staying at the hotel I’m staying at the smaller one around the corner for which I have no complaints at all, but I have met the receptionist Kubilay and he has been extremely helpful and kind and I have not experienced anything negative. I’ve asked loads of questions and he had no problem patiently explaining every thing I asked. One of the best tips he gave me which I will pass on is you can get a number 10 bus for 1 euro from the buss station to Dim Chay, about 6 busses a day. I would have no problem coming back to this place.

The conditions of this hotel and the service is some kind of unfunny joke. In the cafeteria there is practically the same food every day. The chicken served there was the driest meat I have ever eaten in my life, it was impossible to eat. In addition, one of our colleagues got food poisoning and since then we ate out of the hotel. The rooms are dirty, the plaster is falling off. The equipment is damaged, some items themselves fall off when touched. They only changed our towels once in seven days. Literally next to the hotel there is a tower calling with chanting to prayers, it is very inconvenient. The alcohol in the bar is weak, so we decided to buy it ourselves in one of the nearby stores. We invited a friend staying at another hotel to drink our purchased alcohol together, and then we were to go to the center. The friend was not allowed in by the staff, they demanded money for his stay (even though he had a wristband of another hotel). I have never in my life had such a situation where anyone wanted a fee for coming with someone to my room. The only plus is that the hotel is close to the beach. But there are a bunch of other hotels around. So, if you are looking for a hotel in the center of Alanya, want to have a successful vacation and have positive memories of Turkey, avoid this hotel. Really.

We were here for 4 days, when we arrived we had a hairs and greese ale over the shower, on the floor was hairs and also dust. Our bed sheets are dirty, they tell us tommorow they will change it. But nothing changed. The food was terrible, only one kind of meet dish every day, only minced beef, or chicken skellets on grill. The pool bar closed at 21:30, after this you cannot get softdrinks or something to drink. On the rooms are no bottled water. Thats not allinclusive what we have paid for. its mostly breakfast, lunch and dinner in not so well qualitty. Don’t recomended this hotel.

Not bad. I was satisfied with everything. I booked a hotel room again, but I have questions I would like to ask. How can I contact you other than a phone call? When I try to write to WhatsApp, it says that such a number does not exist, when I try to send a question through the site, I get an error, when I write a letter to the email address written on the site, it says that it is impossible to send a letter, I tried to write on different dates from different addresses, nothing succeeded

Arrived on checkin to be told our rooms had been sold, was carted off down to Aslan corner, which was shocking this hotel was disgusting. We got a free upgrade on the room, plus safe use which was nice upgrade on returning to Aslan city the next day The room was really nice and spacious, only downside we had was the shower head was broken so pressure was crap but did the job. Cleaners entered the room without knocking on one occasion which invaded our privacy, we had to complain about this as was unacceptable. The food is hit and miss, the lunch time food by the pool was the best, the restaurant food was hit and miss, not much English options at all apart from chicken nuggets or the odd occasions burgers, wide selection of sweets though which wasn’t bad Please don’t think this is an all inclusive holiday where you’re going get cocktails and all that, it’s literally BEER, WINE, VODKA and raki that’s it, I’ve never been to a place where there’s so short choices on alcoholic drinks. The front desk woman was rude as, trying understand them because they didn’t speak English then pulling her face because we didn’t understand her The pool area and the lift area stinks of cat piss which is extremely off putting, I didn’t spend all that money to come there to smell that every day Apart from the goods and the bads we had a really good holiday But I’m afraid we won’t be retuning here next time

T He hotel was nice although somewhat lingered with drinks and food . The restaurant buffet looked amazing if you like a continental menu. The staff were fantastic. They were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for us especially Eminne digla and melehmet and the two guys at the pool bar . Great job guys . Jamie and lyndon

My friend and me stayed for a week and we have nice experiance with this hotel. The room was a bit small for two persons but we managed since the point of vacation was going to the beach🌴🌅🌞🏊. Food was great,chef and guys in the restaurant was very nice and friendly. Reception guys were very helpful, special thanks to Mete. Location is great near beach and city center all in walking distance. Overall it was great and rememberable vacation🍀🌅⭐🌞🌴
