Kötü Beğenmedik erken ayrıldık. Perdesi bile yırtıktı, havuzu çok küçüktü. Kahvaltı zayıftı. 2 Personeli çok saygısızdı.

4 yıl aradan sonra tekrar kalayım dedim. Kendilerini geliştirmek yerine daha geriye gitmişler. Duşlar rezalet, temizlik diye bir yok🤦🏿‍♂️ Kahvaltı 5 kuruş etmiyor. Domatesler kötü karpuz bozuk peynirler kalitesiz🤦🏿‍♂️ Otelin konumuna yazık lütfen kendinizi az geliştirin!

Мы провели замечательные дни в этом уютном отеле, наслаждаясь прекрасным сервисом и гостеприимством персонала. Номера были чистыми, уютными и просторными, с удивительным видом на море. Расположение отеля просто идеально - всего в нескольких шагах от пляжа Kleopatra и недалеко от центра города. Особенно порадовала разнообразная и вкусная кухня в ресторане отеля. Завтраки были богатыми и разнообразными, а обеды и ужины просто великолепными. Персонал отеля был очень внимательным и дружелюбным, всегда готов помочь и решить любые вопросы. Спасибо большое отелю Kleopatra Balik за незабываемый отдых. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель всем нашим друзьям и знакомым! Более того, мы подружились с др туристами, которые отдыхали в этом же отеле, и я более чем уверена, что им всем понравилось все, как и нам!

I rested with my wife in this hotel from 18 to 24.09. 2023 The hotel has a rating of less than 4, but not because it is bad, the whole point is that the bulk of vacationers in this hotel are Germans and Poles. At the beginning of our vacation, we didn’t like it, but then there was a different mood and here’s why - there is no chaos and noise in this hotel like from Russian tourists, everything is quiet and calm, they sit at the tables, drink beer and communicate without attracting attention. The hotel administration is mature and smiling people, everything is as clean as a good three-ruble ruble, the food is delicious, something different every day and not just vegetables. We stayed in room 117 on the second floor, since it was low - we did not use the elevator, but the hotel has one. The room was triple (2+1), the desire to get a double bed came true, everything worked well in the room, at first there were some confusion with the air conditioner controls, but when we found out that a Russian-speaking Kyrgyz (a good boy) was working at the reception, this problem went away. Well, even if the TV is small - we almost didn’t watch it, we liked the shower cabin with two shower heads (one with a flexible hose, the second large one near the ceiling), there was always water and hot water too, from the balconies of all hotel rooms there is a view of the sea (direct or side) Internet WI-FI is free - it worked well in the hall, and also in our room, since our room was just above the reception. The distance to the sea (Cleopatra beach) is 50 meters, in order to safely enter the sea without fear of slabs from the hotel you need to go to the left towards the center, after 100 meters there will be beach number 19 - there we went into the sea, swam and sunbathed on the hot sand . The hotel is located at the beginning of Alanya - in a quiet place, as it was quiet and warm (35 during the day, 20-25 at night) - we slept with the door open on the beam and without a blanket. A stay in this hotel, as well as the entire tour package, was purchased from the tour operator Biblio Globus, which cooperates with the best airline in Russia, Aeroflot. I recommend the hotel!
