Remi Hotel

Alanya is a beautiful city. It has everything: the sea, mountains, caves, fortresses, mosques, restaurants, flowers, palm trees! The beach is wide, spacious, well-equipped (various sports grounds, changing rooms, showers, rows of sun loungers for every taste, towers with lifeguards). A wonderful view of the mountain with a fortress and the endless sea! The water in the sea is clean and at a comfortable temperature. Kleopatra Remi Hotel is old. The rooms are not very clean, the furniture is so-so, the sheets are washed out, the taps are loose. The service staff is intrusive in the hope of tips. For what? The porter tries to casually sell gold chains. The cleaning lady in the room, instead of cleaning (she does not wash the floor rag, she just pours liquid from a bottle), tries to imitate a swan on the bed with her dirty hands. The cleaners in the dining room do not remove napkins from the tables, but sweep up the dirt from the table, then shake it, turn it over and spread it back on the table. And so on in a circle. They offer endless drinks, and apparently bring them with the same dirty hands. The food is usually average. Some kind of bad-smelling mush instead of salads. The products are of poor quality: cucumbers are like a sponge, unripe tomatoes with a hard core, unwashed greens (the earth crunched on the teeth), fruits that can hardly be called southern fruits, and so on. A separate note about the decanter with vegetable oil - do they ever wash it? Tea (soak) - this is a real horror, it was in three stained teapots on titanium (I have never seen anything like this anywhere!). The bread was tasty, that's why most of the flies were there. A few words about the representatives from Anex. The transfer escort - in a tongue-tied language and with clumsy jokes tried to tell something about the history of the formation of Turkey, fortunately not for long. The representative at the hotel (Islam) - his main task is to foist off excursions at an exorbitant price: our programs are more extensive, the service is better! The programs are the same for everyone: they take you to your destination, and there are mixed groups.

Hotel Remi is een zeer verouderd, vies en warm hotel. Ons beddengoed en de handdoeken waren erg smerig, keer op keer zaten er bruine vlekken in. De douche was kapot, het toilet lekte, en we vonden veel vieze haren. Het dinerbuffet zag er slecht uit, weinig keus, en alles smaakte lauw of juist mega taai. Personeel zag er niet fris uit en niet iedereen droeg nette/ schoon uitziende kleding. Uiteraard hebben wij deze klachten doorgegeven, maar er werd niks mee gedaan. Het werd elke dag op een lange lijst geschreven en er werd beloofd dat ze het zouden oplossen. Helaas is dit hen niet gelukt. Wij zouden zeker geen t****e keer boeken. Dit hotel heeft onze vakantie in zeer negatieve zin beïnvloed.
