The price is not expensive in the city, the accommodation environment, hygiene and other than the same price of the hotel, service attitude is standardized, it is recommended, although the decoration time is relatively long, but no smell, this is a good advantage.

Location is good, but during the stay, power went off in the evening and there was no back up generator available and it was a very, very hot weather, we have to stay out in the front lobby which is open and theres lots of mosquitos. When power came back after at least 2 hours and we were ready to sleep, lots of running rats/mouse heard from the attick.

Soft and comfortable pillows very clean rooms and accommodating staff. It was very affordable with a food selectionof drinks and a dinner menu. The food and drinks were very affordable. The owners were genuine and cordial. We will be returning next year at the same time. This is an excellent place to stay during the tourist season. Really beautiful part of the Philippines and less expensive than most other places.
