Very disappointing, the grounds are nice but the service and attention given by the staff are absolutely subpar. Will not be returning and definitely would bot recommend. Definitely not what we were expecting when we booked this “luxury” property. This was especially true since we had arrived from another hotel on the island that was amazing. Would avoid staying here for a true luxury experience.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours dans ce magnifique hôtel entouré de vignes. Vue sur la mer depuis le jardin. Literie extra confortable, décor soigné. Petit-déjeuner délicieux, fruits et jus frais excellents, plats fait à la demande. Nous aurions apprécié une attention de bienvenue dans la chambre étant donné le positionnement de l’hôtel. La piscine est très belle également, très longue et donc parfaite pour nager. Nous n'avons pas dîné au restaurant, ni snack au bord de la piscine, ni room service car les prix de la restauration sont totalement exorbitants !

Whilst I have been unable to travel I wanted to leave a review around the service offered and in particular by Ernest. I had many needs and questions due to my health and Ernest went out of his way each time to accommodate my requests. Ernest is a credit to the property - thank you.

Such a beautiful hotel in a nice setting. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed and the restaurant put out a great breakfast and good dinner. Something of an out-of-the-way location but definitely a great choice if you are in the area.

Encantados con nuestra estancia. El hotel es precioso, silencioso, las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas.
Desayuno y cena ambos perfectos, sin mencionar el paseo por el dominio y la degustación de sus vinos.
