I first reported the toilet problem to the room service staff, but no one came to fix it after waiting for half an hour. Then I went to the front desk to report the problem, and the front desk urged me. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to fix it. Finally, a friendly young lady at the front desk changed my room, which calmed my anxiety. On the way to change rooms, I met the ”uncle” who came to fix the toilet and he looked very impatient... I wonder if the hotel leadership can see my review (and what measures will be taken). Let’s talk about it. I’m satisfied with the accommodation. I’m satisfied with the front desk service who later changed my room. I’m satisfied with the breakfast. The faults are not hidden, so I give it a five-star rating.
