It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried. I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

A five-star hotel with good safety facilities and very friendly service staff. There is a shopping mall nearby, which can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk. The room equipment is a bit old, but already very good.

The environment is very good, the hotel front desk has automatically upgraded the room type.

The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

I went there yesterday March 21 for Ramadan Aftir with family and it’s was by far the worst experience ever. We end up leaving somewhere else although I called and made a reservation ahead of time but the service from the start was so bad. Completely unorganized restaurant. Someone from the hotel called me to post something positive about my experience yesterday but I can’t lie in this holy month. Don’t try to eat there this is all I can say

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

Warwick Al Khobar is an all suite hotel located off the corniche. There is no valet parking. The outdoor parking lot is located 50m from the hotel which had a lot of trash when I was there( the next morning it was clean). There was no bellboy available when I checked in. The medium sized lobby was cozy, a bit dark and well decorated. There is an outdoor medium size pool (check operating hours) just outside the Sheesha lounge. Check in was fast and professional. The room was a good size with comfortable beds and charging outlets near the bed. The bathroom didn't have a rain shower but had big fluffy towels and good quality amenities. There was a fully stocked mini bar and free bottle water was available. There was a safe and the internet was free and fast. Breakfast selection was average ( dinners are better) with eggs to order, pastries, salads, hot dishes and fresh orange juice. The quality and service was average. Warwick Khobar is a 5 * Hotel but doesn't provide the 5 * experience I expect from this caliber of hotel. No valet service, dirty parking lot, limited bellboy service and average breakfast. A decent 4* experience but definitely not 5* in my opinion.
