The building and the decor are fine. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable. There is just some modernization to be made to the patio doors. Even when close the road noise is shocking. No matter what time of day. This makes for a very poor nights sleep. This was constant throughout mw stay. The doors need replacing with sound proofed glass and sealed closing doors throughout. I might have well slept out side the noise was that bad. The next point is the broadband. For a hotel on the Corniche to have broadband that it's max speed is 3 MBPS. That doesn't help with trying to work within the building. Then being told you should use your own 5G as a hot spot is not exactly encouraging. This needs to be addressed for the experience also.

Overall it was a great experience apart from the food, not a lot of options in the buffet, and the staff told us we only paid for 1 breakfast even if it’s for 2. Room was neat and clean :)

A very modern, bright house of the Garden Inn Brand. At first, however, we were wanted to stay as a Diamond Member in the first floor with motorway view. Fortunately, this could be quickly fixed. The pool on the roof is refreshing, but the water is the coldest during our entire Middle East tour - that could be a little warmer. Breakfast offers a lot of choice. The communication within the staff could be improved somewhat. So we received a late check out pledged. But the phone sounded shortly on the room, and we were asked if we would check out about 12h. There is certainly a little air up.

Hotel location is good , but service standard is zero , if you ask anything they will neglect you .reception no one speaks English only one lady .then they transfer the call.restaurant are not flexible to accommodate your choice of food may be because less staff.they have to improve there food quality.i stayed 7 days I got same breakfast every day no change even I asked them still waiter told me chef will give this only. Rooms are good but room amenties are less .only black tea and coffee no other selection. Average hotel

I spend 3 nights there and it was an amazing experience. The reception was responsive and the staff was helpful. The room service was the best thing, good food and nice manners. My room was thoroughly cleaned daily, water and tea was provided.

Our experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Dhahran was mixed, primarily due to the hotel showing signs of aging. The staff were amiable and welcoming, which was a positive aspect. However, it’s clear that the facility needs significant updates. In the gym, only one out of four treadmills was operational. The rooms appeared old and worn, detracting from the comfort and aesthetic appeal we expected. Staying on the second floor, we were disturbed by loud ventilation noises until midnight, which impacted our rest. It’s evident that renovations are urgently needed to bring this hotel back to its former glory.

When I arrived to check-in the time was around 06 pm, the reception they were not friendly at all, and I was waiting for some one he can take my bags to the room but unfortunately no one was there, for the room service unfortunately they are not professional for work the room not very clean spicily the bathroom, and when I was want to order a food I have to try call them to many times , and on Thursday 03 - 02 - 2022 I tried to order food but they answered they don’t have food !!! So I can't stay in the Mercure Alkhobar in next time.

The location is excellent across from Al Rashid mall with plenty to do there and always an eager taxi to take you around. The Good The bell boys are attentive and the man working the desk is very accommodating. Very clean and shiny everything. The hallways are a little worn for some reason and the carpet. The over sized room was beautiful and clean. Very nice. The not so good. Weird room service only breakfast and lunch menu. The girls behind the desk in the lobby could not be any more rude if they tried. I believe it in my heart, they were actually trying to be as rude as humanly possible.
