The sea view room is very good. It faces the sea and the flowers are blooming in spring. The sea breeze is very strong. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. You can drink in the restaurant, and there is a special smoking area, which is very friendly to smokers.

The best hotel in Fanateer Corniche. Amazing location, great breakfast, spacious sea facing rooms. Over all Well managed property. Spl thanks to Business Team Ms. Manal for the stress free coordination and updates. Smooth check in and check out, thanks to the front desk team. Proactive bell boys took care of baggage’s. Outdoor screen and the ambiance outstanding for a refreshing evening.

Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

This is the second time I have been to this hotel and it has been an absolute pleasure both times, I cannot recommend it enough. I am here on work so I do need the rest time after a hectic shift, the bed was perfect, the pillows let me wake up feeling refreshed. The staff have been fantastic, always smiling, always polite and very helpful. It is almost as though it is a family run hotel. I have had to extend my stay several times due to work extensions and it has never been an issue, it was taken care of immediately which sent my mind completely at ease. I'll be back again before the end of the year and I will definitely be checking in to the Coral Hotel Jubail for a third time. Absolutely 10/10. Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.

We had been there for 3 days and it’s totally not worth it. Though the room was quiet spacious and nice with a balcony , it’s the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet that are really problematic. Firstly , there is no proper housekeeping even when u tell them to clean it , they do it half heartedly . I mean u don’t really expect a cleaned room to still have used water bottles lying on the table And towel on the sofa just the way u had left it. The Kitchen has no pans, spoons or anything at all. Heck they didn’t even have a socket where to plug in the electric kettle . When asked they provided the extension but then again cups were shabbily kept on top of each other. Most of the lights in the room were quiet dim and the lamp shades didn’t work. We asked them to replace them which they did . Thank God !!! Then the breakfast buffet, honestly who serves the same limited menu every day. And it’s mostly Indian veg breakfast. Agreed it has a rooftop dining area but then what’s the use when u r serving such a limited choice of breakfast and that too same . There are much better hotels in the same price . Please check them !

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended

We visited this 4-star hotel with family and were welcomed by the courteous staff. The environment was calm, and the look was clean with nice furniture. The buffet lunch was arranged on the 6th floor. It was a unique location, very close to Dareen and Fanateer beaches offering excellent options for a retreat for visitors of all ages. The sea view from this floor was amazing, just breathtaking. The cuisine was admirable with a good variety to choose from. The fish rolls were extremely delicious. The dishes included mixed grill (meat/chicken), rice with vegetables, beef steaks, several salad dishes, and sweets. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and free parking. Another plus factor of this hotel is that there are many facilities and attractions around such as restaurants, supermarkets, and obviously the beach making your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. One important note: the hotel is now renamed Boudl Al-Jubail, probably due to a change of ownership.
