Overall an excellent hotel. Really pleased with the services on offer, the staff were nice and always checking in to see if your doing well. The hotel had loads of activities to do that appealed to all ages. The food was great, especially the variety of food on offer.

The hotel is an all-inclusive beachfront resort ideal for family and family outings. There is a wide variety of choices in the all-inclusive restaurant. There are several rows of desserts, and a variety of food and beverages are also available. In short, there is no need to worry about the holidays. The hotel pool facilities are also good, with independent beaches, swimming in the pool or in the sea. There are a variety of children's play facilities in the hotel, and it is a good choice to have children to play. Because Chinese tourists like to run attractions, and European and American tourists tend to beach vacations, there are few Chinese tourists in the hotel, almost all of them are foreigners. The front desk is busy, the hotel is too big and the staff is limited, so some matters may be waiting for a long time. We love Sherwood, such a great staff. We go most every month once or twice. It’s not premium exclusive but it’s really good for us to unwind and relax, we don’t need all that. They have premium alcohol and the food is fantastic.

The room is clean, the restaurant is delicious, and the food is rich. The service staff at the swimming pool and seaside restaurant are very kind. However, the room service staff may be busy and there is a shortage of things in the room. After applying for 2 hours, I had to go to the counter twice to complete it.

Since it was March, we did not use the sea and pool, but they had very large and beautiful pools. The sea and pier also looked beautiful. They are very sensitive about cleaning, everywhere is very clean, and the room cleaning is done without any delay. There are all kinds of local and foreign drinks in the bars, cocktails are excellent, teas are always fresh and fizzy drinks are served in bottles. The patisserie in the lobby is very successful. The food is very diverse and very delicious. All the restaurants in the hotel are of high-level restaurant quality. It is very clear that they use the best of every product without compromising on quality in food. We did not encounter any negative points. Since the majority of the people are German, it may be a place that suits their tastes, but it doesn't mean that tourists from other regions will feel uncomfortable. Anyway, I want to come back with my family next time. I recommend it.
