The room is clean, the restaurant is delicious, and the food is rich. The service staff at the swimming pool and seaside restaurant are very kind. However, the room service staff may be busy and there is a shortage of things in the room. After applying for 2 hours, I had to go to the counter twice to complete it.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life, service 0 hygiene 0 customer relations terrible staff terrible rooms terrible rooms I had the worst holiday of my life the hotel has a name but it doesn't have itself, especially the people at the reception depend on money for everything, especially the customer relations female managers are really rude and unbalanced, I have never experienced anything like this, I was a guest for 2 hours.
