Jura Hotels Lara Resort

Giving this hotel one star rating is been generous, Never in my life have I every experienced a place as bad as this, The staff not helpful in fact not all but most very rude, Allowing Turkish locals to push in front of the huge ques for food and drinks, Staff speak very little English, No entertainment what so ever unless you are Turkish, as a family of 4 we had one bed and the smallest bedroom, hotel room smelt of drains the smell of feaces would be present all the time, we had no balcony just opened the door to a smaller window panel which was bizarre, wires hanging out of the walls My children where left in tears when bar staff would just dismiss them in the ques allowing everyone to push in, when challenging this every single time even for my self I'd get told to calm down which I felt was patronising, spent alot of the time going out to restaurants and out for the day to to feel like we had been treated like human beings, the pure discrimination me and my family have received here is diabolical, your in the middle of no where and on a night its not lit up leaving you feeling un safe walking down huge tracks Would not recommend and would never return Stay away from this dump and please don't consider this hotel I always thought you get good and bad reviews everywhere and reading some reviews didn't put me off but would not wish anyone to go through the traumatic experience we have

Had to put 1 star although it certainly doesn't deserve one! This hotel is absolutely horrendous! It's filthy dirty and it smells! The food was poor quality and cold, causing many visits to the toilet!! There were no food labels giving allergens contained in the food so anyone with any allergies would be taking a risk! The plates were chipped and cold. There were feral cats wondering around in the restaurant. The staff were rude! The pool area is a disgrace. There were chipped/broken tiles everywhere. The sunlounging area was filthy, sick and cigarette ends left from the previous day! The room was small, dirty and smelt! The room wasn't cleaned at all just towels changed! The location is in the middle of no where. No entertainment. Drinks choice was very limited. Only one draught lager which was served in paper cups unless you were Turkish! The list is endless!! The place needs to be shut down, it's a health hazard!! We managed to escape on day 4 to another hotel.

The hotel was very disappointing. First of all, cleanliness... everything was very neglected: torn curtains, dust, nails sticking out of the floor and wardrobe... the shower cabin was limescaled. The towels in the room were only for the feet. The reception staff speak very poor English. They do not solve problems. There are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. At the bars, drinks are served to locals in glasses, but to foreigners in paper cups. The service is very poor. The A la Carte restaurant is not working. In the main restaurant, during lunch and especially during dinner, there are so many people that you have to wait in line for food, and there are no free tables. The air conditioner does not work, making it very uncomfortable to eat. Very disappointing.

19 Mayıs tarihinde giriş yaptığımız otel bu yıl isim değiştirmiş ve jura oteller grubuna dahil olmuş. Jura otellerinin Afyon daki termal otelinde de daha önce kalmıştık ve oradada her şey harikaydı bu otelde de her şey mükemmel olmuş , ailemizle yaptığımız tatailde özellikle yemekler muhteşemdi . Personel ilgi ve alakası çok iyi , odalar ve havuz ve ortak alanlarda çok temizdi.Plaja servisleri bulunmakta ve çok yakın plaj barında da herşeyi bulabiliyorsunuz . Çocuklu aileler için de herşey fazlasıyla düşünülmüş .kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum .

Very gooooood . Everything was very good. Great staff treatment. It was really a good place to rest and relax. The food was fresh, the hotel bar gave us good drinks. The rooms are very clean. The hotel was really good for this price. We are grateful to the hotel management.

This isn't 5star hotel certainly. the food is't good at all and all none of them are fresh . they don't clean rooms just epmty the trash and charge of towel . it take about 15 min walk to the main road and it doesn't light at night so scary.
