Just leaving from a 4 night stay here at Green Park. Overall we had a great stay, as other reviews state, the main restaurant is very busy at times. You have to try and find the sweet spot, just after it opens there is a mad rush and then it takes a while for them to recover which is fair enough. Massive shout out to Aziz who really looked after us he was always working really hard to make sure the guests were as comfortable as possible! The food is good at the beginning of service and refreshed quite regularly, as usual with All-inclusive the food is pretty repetitive, but I must say that I liked the offerings, I'm not a fussy eater so there was plenty for me to try. However, the breakfast was pretty rubbish and most things were cold unless cooked in front of you.. The room was massive, cleaned daily and was well stocked with what you need. The Entertainment guys are good fun and really work hard to get everyone involved but unfortunately a lot of the guests are miserable, really strange for saying they are on holiday! Played Water polo every day and made some friends in the process, was a good laugh! Pool is absolutely massive and is only about 20 meters from the sea, so obviously there is quite a bit of sand in there but I'm not bothered about that. But similar to other guests we managed to both cut our feet on broken/missing tiles in the pool. Again, it didn't ruin my day or stay but it was a minor inconvenience. The towel system is a bit of an odd one, cash deposit required at the start to get the cards, which you then exchange for towels. Didn't know on advance so had to walk 5 mins down the road to the nearest bank to get cash out as I didn't have any (they took any currency but I had no cash at all) If you go in the shop on site, remember to batter the price... I didn't and got ripped off but that was my fault I guess Would I come back, Absolutely! Would I stay for more than a week, probably not. If I did then I would have to go out exploring to find some different food options.

Hotel looks amazing when you first arrive but looks are definitely deceiving! Our room was relativity clean with great views over the pool towards the sea. Fresh water left in room everyday was a nice touch, The wee guy went around your sunbeds bringing you drinks was lovely. Omar the bar waiter was lovely funny and very attentive. Unfortunately thats where the positives end! Pool and pool area dirty never saw the pool being cleaned and was sparent with the amount of sand in the pool, Broken tiles in the pool resulting in a few wee nicks to toes. Staff shouting at each other and guests led to very unpleasant dining experience, Waiting constantly for plates, glasses cutlery in the buffet restaurant. Being told that they want tipped first before they will bring you anything, We asked for salt and were giving some on a napkin not in a shaker! We ordered food in 1 night as we walked out of the restaurant. Definitely not a 5* 3 at the most Would definitely not recommend this hotel
