El Mouradi Club Selima

What can you say about this hotel? First impressions are lovely. We got there had to wait two hours for our rooms. The rooms are very old and dirty. Me and my friends stayed here for two weeks. We had one lot of clean towels and our beds was changed once the whole time we were there my room never got cleaned but they cleaned the balcony which I could never understand. it had one bar open and are limited drinks I asked for bottled water to take to my room on many occasions. I was told no. There was no snack bar in the day they put a tray of food by the bar. there’s no fridges hairdryers in the rooms. It is nothing like the pictures on the Internet all entertainment is done in the nightclub where people are smoking and children do their mini disco. It’s absolutely disgusting. It’s not disabled friendly and if you find steps hard to go up and down this place is full of them and if you complain about anything, you don’t get anywhere it says all inclusive but it’s not because you’ve got to pay extra mattresses for the sunbeds are five dinar a day that’s by the pool and on the beach the bar by reception, you have to pay for drinks if you want to have a drink there. Most of the staff are nice some of them are really rude they asked you for cigarettes. Even the guards on the gates asked you to get them cigarettes when you go out of the gates to go to the shop. We were sat by the pool there was work going on they were painting doing things round the pool. It wasn’t a relaxing holiday. The entertainment team are really good. The only thing is there’s a few of them that spend all their time pestering young girls which isn’t very nice to see. I would not recommend this hotel. It’s the worst hotel I’ve been to in Tunisia.

We arrived at 10.35pm and as all inclusive closed at 11 they told us to go for a drink so we didn't miss the bar. We checked in just after 11pm and was taken to our room we have 4 bed and a flat screen to with a balcony. Room was clean only had to ask for towels. Next morning went for breakfast and the omelette was amazing. Coffee machine was awsum. The staff in restaurant was always on the go any wanted to please everyone. They set up a lovly table and made a cake for my hubby's bday which was lovly Pool side always clean The beach was amazing Food was good Staff polite If only 2 things I think they should improve on would be more variety of drink on the all inclusive And more entertainment especially around pool area. Also think there should be free ice cream for people during the day. Other than that had an amazing time would decfo recommend for a budget holiday. I will deffo be re visiting. First thing we see in the room was the toilet leaking always making noise, the tv didn’t work and the balcony door didn’t close all the way. So they moved us to a different room and this room was not much better. The rooms in the photos on the website are completely different to the rooms we have seen. They say it’s all inclusive but you have to pay for icecream and sunbeds. And if you want to play football in the courts you have to pay. The bar there was so poor that you had to walk all the way down to the main bar just to get a drink, because they don’t want to open the bar up at the pool yet. And the drinks you have come in a little plastic cup like I’m a kid. The food here was not the best, most nights we had to eat out, just so we could eat. We fully understand traditional food, but there’s kids and people with various allergies etc, typical simplistic food would have safised. When the cleaner come in to clean the room they moved all of are clothes around. Like don’t touch my stuff. Overall, not satisfied and won’t be returning the pictures used on various holiday websites of the hotel/rooms etc are very deceiving. Slides aren’t open due to not having a license for it which isn’t stated prior to coming, why show them if you cannot use them?

we had an amazing stay, all the people of the staff were very friendly and helpful. they were very welcoming, which is always nice. the check-in went smoothly. the room was clean and had everything we needed. the area by the pool and the beach was nice and relaxing. there were also a lot of activities to do during the day and evening thanks to the entertainment team. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and stress-free holiday. would definitely recommend and go again!
