Spent a wonderful week at this hotel. Food was excellent and choice was extensive. Definitely something to suit all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room (293) was immaculate due to the care and attention by the lovely Leila who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thank you Leila for your hard work! We hope to return in the near future

We had a lovely 11 days here. The room (391) was nice & clean with a very comfy bed thanks Rawdha. The staff are very friendly & welcoming too many to mention but thanks to Ziko, Shaggy, Yassine, Med Ali, Brum Brum (trips) & Zardine (not the fish!) The pool was a little cold but still enjoyable & comfy sun loungers. Food was very nice both in the restaurants & the snack bar. Overall a very nice relaxing holiday for us both.

The staff is very friendly and they all give their very best. The hotel is good and the beach is amazing. Our room is in good shape and always very clean. I have to mention here one women! Najoua is the most lovely staff, she always cleans the room perfect and makes the nicest figures out of towels. Every morning she greets us and has the most beautiful smile. I've never had such a heart warming women at a vacation. Her ability to clean the room, the creative ideas for the towel figures is amazing. Thank you so much! You always made our day at our vacation! Lots of love to you - Room 471 ❤️

Très bel établissement,confortable, propre mais ne mérite pas un 5 étoiles ( serviettes papier au restaurant, plage non entretenue) Restauration variée et de bonne qualité, personnel excessivement serviable et poli. Chambre propre et mention spéciale à Leïla ( chambre 291) pour son dynamisme sa convivialité son sourire et son dévouement.

Really relaxing holiday with very hard working staff. Hotel was calm and suited what we wanted. Buffet was good with choice and not hectic staff excellent at wanting to help. We also got moved to a more suitable room due to my wife breaking a bone in her foot just before arriving. Our maid was brilliant going above and beyond (Farida and our room was/still is at present 115) she always has a smile on her face and works very hard. Entertainment team good and remembered our names which means a lot to children.

Chambres propres. Nous avions 2 chambres. Merci à Nadia pour la qualité du ménage, sa gentillesse et sa discrétion. Restaurant buffet de bonne qualité. Dommage que le mini bar des chambres soit très peu fourni et jamais rempoté de la semaine. Pas utile de payer un supplément pour la vue mer, nous avons plutôt eu une vue piscine avec petit aperçu mer. La 2eme chambre était vue jardin, moins chère et plus agréable.

Stiamo soggiornando in questo hotel per 4 giorni. Siamo davvero soddisfatti di tutto, il Posto è molto bello e curato, il personale tutto molto gentile. Un grazie particolare va a Farida che ci ha sempre fatto trovare una camera molto pulita,con bellissimi disegni fatti con l’asciugamano. Posto consigliatissimo.
