Thank you to Farida (housekeeping) who greeted us each morning with a smile. She really looked after us during our stay , keeping our room 110 clean and fresh everyday, also with extra touches such as fresh flowers and bed decorations. Further review when holiday is finished

Super hôtel. Le service de chambre est impeccable. Un grand merci à Hanane , la femme de ménage qui a réalisé un nettoyage minutieux chaque jour de notre suite familiale, avec des pétales de rose fraîches pour parfumé la chambre. Tout et parfait, la restauration, les animations.....je conseille vivement.

Je suis pour un court séjour à ebrostar Sousse.J'ai pu constater cet heureux comportement de toute l'équipe du restaurant de cet hotel.Ils sont sérieux,efficaces.Ils sont bien portants dans des tenues propres et élégantes.Ils travaillent avec amour.Ilsprésentent aux clients des services avec toute l"hygiène qu'il faut.Ils constituent,me semble-t-il,le meilleur atout pour l'honneur de cette institution.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at the Iberostar Sousse. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service we received, especially from Najoua, who took care of our room (468) with such care and attention. Every day, we returned to a spotless and beautifully arranged space – her dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed and truly made our stay feel like home. Thank you to the entire team, and a special merci to Najoua for going above and beyond! We will definitely be back

Un hôtel très bien situé du personnel au top d une gentillesse exceptionnelle. les chambres sont très propres. mentions spéciales pour Najoua notre femme de chambre Nada, Imed, Mohamed et Ali au snack bar. pour les activités allez voir Aladin balades en quad très très sympas accessibles et bravo à toutes les équipes d’animation
