OMG had the best time at this hotel all of the staff bar, restaurant, reception, cleaners and entertainment are amazing happiest bunch of people i have ever met. Cocktails amazing food lovely always fresh and warm. NYE spread was amazing hotel is so clean and immaculate it is obviously very well managed by all the staff who do not stop. Great xmas break and celebrations for my son's 18th. I would imagine this hotel was be great in the summer lots of day beds sun beds hammocks. Indoor pool and sauna brilliant. Prob one of the best holidays I have ever been on all thanks to the staff nothing was ever too much trouble will return

I'll start with the good things. The staff are wonderful and I cannot fault them at all we loved all of them and they are so kind and will do anything to make guests happy we met some wonderful people. The hotel is lovely but a little dated and needs an upgrade it's not a 5* I'd say it's a good 3* but good value for money. We had the star prestige package sadly it wasn't worthwhile the roof terrace is always full and you can't get a space even on the star prestige jacuzzis were not all too clean either. The spa is not great the indoor pool wasn't really warm and a tiny steam room again constantly full it was just disappointing especially as it was a winter break. All of the star prestige area at the main pool area was closed we weren't advised of this before arrival. The food choice is wide and the morning omelette and fruit was good I am fussy with food I admit, there's plenty of choice. My problem was the food temperature it's lukewarm if your lucky ..and unfortunately I barely ate on this holiday I just don't enjoy a meal unless it's hot. I've stayed in all inclusive hotels many times previously and this has never been a problem in other hotels as they have silver pots with lids on everything and refresh a lot a lot of the food was so bland too which I understand on all inclusive but poor temperature was the main problem for me. I have to say after reading the reviews before we came we expected to love this hotel but sadly it was a letdown. The ala carte was better however and the food temperature also much better too we had the Italian theme. Overall this hotel was not for us I have to say despite the lovely people I wouldn't return. The hallways were also freezing I'm not sure why cold air was blasting on days where it was 11-16c or why windows were open. Please consider a refresh of the hotel and the food temperature I'm pretty sure the food is a health risk kept at lukewarm temperatures.
