Following a recommendation from a friend, I reserved a hotel room with high expectations due to its favorable rating. However, my experience fell short of these expectations. Despite anticipating a minimum level of service, I was met with subpar reception and an unpleasant odor lingering in the corridor. The dining experience was disappointing, with poorly prepared food and a lack of adherence to service times, exacerbated by a rushed closure of the restaurant while patrons were still dining. Furthermore, the condition of the swimming pool was unsatisfactory, resembling a cesspool rather than a recreational facility, and the behavior of the lifeguard was unprofessional, as he prioritized reprimanding guests over fulfilling his duties.

Vacances au top! L’hôtel mérite vraiment ses 5 étoiles. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et très professionnel. La nourriture est excellente avec un très grand choix. Même le matin, des jus frais sont proposés gratuitement , ce qui est assez rare. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et la qualité de la literie est très satisfaisante. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. La piscine extérieure est très belle mais pas chauffée. Par contre, celle en intérieur est chauffée et très appréciable. Quant à la plage, pas facile d’émettre un avis en cette période car pas encore nettoyée au vu de la saison. Celle-ci est malgré tout très belle et il est possible de s’y balader jusqu’au port d’El Kantaoui. Enfin, pour ce qui est des transats, il y en a vraiment beaucoup, à voir en période de très forte affluence (petit bémol, les parasols ne sont pas tous en très bon état)… En conclusion, n’hésitez pas, cet hôtel est parfait 😎.

Très bien pour un cours séjour. La nourriture est très variée avec des plats typiques et aussi du continentale. Les chambres sont propres, le ménage est fait chaque jour Piscine intérieure petite et salle de sport un peu juste si affluence.

Seit vielen Jahren komme ich hierher. Es ist immer wieder herrlich hier. Das gesamte Personal, an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, an der Bar und an der Poolbar, sowie am Pool oder am Strand sind alle sehr nett. Rached von Barteam ständig gut gelaunt und erfüllt, den Gästen seine Wünsche. Er kann sich sehr gut die Gäste merken, was sie bestellt und bringt dann die Getränke schon von selbst. Mondo, Aida und Team von der Animation bieten verschiedene Aktivitäten an. Das Team ist immer gut drauf und es macht Spaß. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher.
