服務非常差，衞生間臭死了，洗手沒有熱水，房間特別冷，房間的設施設備不如小的一個賓館，千萬別喝用他們茶葉，茶葉裏面有小蜘蛛，我們在14∶00之前我給查房員打個招呼要退房，從10樓坐電梯下來已經12∶07分鐘，前台員態度很惡劣，威脅性很強 給我説直接從按金里扣半天的費用，我把情況給前台員解釋情況她態度很惡劣，我建議不在這裏住宿。
