服務太差了，我們四次下去買東西，逛街什麼的回來每次問我們那個房間，讓我們出身份證，你們是故意的嗎？ 一兩次行吧，四次出去回來每次問，進了房間不能出去嗎，還有第三次進來的時候吧枱好多工作人員，一直看我，看一眼就行吧所有人一直看我然後還要問我那個房間，太無語了，本來還要住5天的，看你們的態度，還是換了隔壁的酒店，不推薦這個酒店，把我氣死我了，下次不去你們的酒店了。

我是不知道那個客房大姐我是欠你還是咋滴，床上有頭髮前台讓你換個床單標間我就一張床換一下床單你給我甩臉幹嘛？我沒付錢嗎？我沒付錢入住你可以給我甩臉大姐我是付了錢的，床單，還有地方都有明顯垃圾，頭髮之類的我本來可以換房間但都不容易換個床單就好，你倒好床單甩來甩去你給我看呢？你要是打掃的乾淨了房間沒問題我還讓你換床單嗎？還有那椅子不知道幾天沒擦了昨天拿濕巾一擦都是灰塵希望你們酒店衞生管理一下，吹風機也是昨天洗完吹個頭發吹不了給前台打電話説我們酒店吹風機放一會就能吹了好特殊啊

酒店比較新，裝修也比較時尚，就在金蘭廣場旁邊，下樓就可以直接去金蘭廣場吃喝玩，很方便，推薦
