設施：房子算是古建築，但是裏面的設施很現代化很齊備，浴缸有按摩功能，有個小後院，有花有草。
衞生：收拾乾淨之後沒任何問題，但是注意前置條件是收拾乾淨之後，因為我入住時發現兩個卧室其中一個完全就是check out之後並沒有打掃的樣子，浴室也完全沒有打掃，幾條用過的浴巾散落在浴室地板上，這簡直難以接受。所以勉強給4分
服務：也是因為衞生打掃未完成的事情導致衹能給2分，一個是發現房間沒收拾之後給酒店打電話，酒店預留的所有電話號碼全部打不通，衹能給攜程聯繫，最終聯繫上酒店的方式是發郵件給對方，結果還跟我狡辯説我的入住時間應該是3點，才導致還沒有打掃完畢，但是無論是攜程端的訊息顯示還是當日早上酒店主動給我發的歡迎郵件全部都顯示2點入住，這種強詞奪理硬找藉口狡辯的行為更招差評了，給2分就是看在後來趕過來打掃的大叔確實兢兢業業，要不給你2分都算多的。
環境：環境沒得挑，就跟海邊，還是古董建築，喜歡有格調的酒店環境的人無法拒絕。

We had such a great dinner and evening, we came back a 2nd night. I was a bit disappointed in my lamb shank the second evening. The Manager and his team were fun and we enjoyed their humour. We didn't stay here, so please ignore the terrible accom review - I can't get rid of it.

We loved staying at The Wharf, with the most amazing view of the wharf and Akaroa Harbour. You where also within walking distance of everything. I have tried to rebook but not sure if it is still operating.
