Pathetic customer service. The staffs were very unprofessional. specially the receptionist was very rude. They were talking as if we are staying for free. The hotel interior is very old and you dont get the feel of staying in hotel. We reached the location before sometime and requested early checking. But they didn't allow even when many rooms were empty and asked the charge if 200RS per hr even when we informed our checkout is 8hrs before. We had to pay 600 in cash for early checking and there is no official entry in the bill. We asked the receptionist to clean the room but that was not done too. Over all not recommending this hotel for the price. Don't book and save money and time
