Hôtel très bien placé à quelques pas du port et de la gare d'Ajaccio. En revanche malgré un accueil correct l'ambiance n'y est pas. Les services que l'on peut attendre d'un établissement 4 étoiles n'existent pas. Certaines prestations prévues ne sont pas prêtes comme le roof top, le bar, les personnels ne sont pas assez nombreux pour répondre aux besoins du client, il manque un peu de convivialité, d'ambiance, aucun contact réel. La fin de séjour encore pire personne pour vous dire au revoir, prendre votre avis sur votre séjour. votre addition est difficile à récupérer et le pré paiement un manque total de respect. Bientôt une borne et votre carte bleu, un robot pour l'accueil. Certains personnels font le maximum pour l'accueil, comme au petit déjeuner mais un manque total de chaleurs humaines. Les chambres prestige sont agréables.

Rien à dire sur l’hôtel, les chambres dans la nouveau bâtiment sont très bien, bon emplacement et bon petit déjeuner. Mais ne laissez jamais d’empreinte de cb. Quelques jours après mon séjour, j’ai reçu un email laconique m’accusant d’avoir rendu inopérant le coffre fort de la chambre ( que je n’ai bien sûr pas utilisé, je ne saurais même pas dire où il est ) avec une facture de 205 € correspondant à son remplacement et bien sûr débité sur mon empreinte de cb. Aucun dialogue possible et toutes mes tentatives pour parler au directeur de l’hôtel sont restées vaines (multiples appels et emails). Chacun se fera son idée sur la nature de ce type de pratique. De mon côté, je vais en faire une affaire de principe et je choisirai bien sûr un autre hôtel pour mes réguliers séjours à Ajaccio.

Honnêtement je suis tres decu, la chambre était sale, il a avait encore des affaires des personnes précédentes, et la poussière, sans parler de la climatisation qui doit avoir le filtre plein.
A 200 € la nuit je n'attendais a un autre niveau de propreté. Pour le reste c'était bon, mais pas exceptionnel.

Easy stroll to town centre (go one street up from main road for a quieter option). Modern hotel, easy check in. Motorcycles - only use parking 1 (entrance nearest sea front) or you will get stuck between two barriers. Very comfortable room with massive TV. Powerful shower and a kettle in the room. Great place to stay in Ajaccio.
