The hotel has two swimming pools with good water quality. When it suddenly rains heavily, umbrellas are provided. When there was a blockage in the sewer pipe, the management staff was able to help solve it in time, and the service attitude was enthusiastic. The shortcoming was that the variety of dishes was monotonous, the selection was insufficient, and the taste was average. After staying for four days, lunch and dinner were basically served in the restaurant outside.

The rooms are really cozy and welcoming.. Has a balcony with a scenic view of the pool and bits of nature.. Has a mini bar in the mini fridge.. We were greeted with the friendly staff and given cold cloths and complimentary drinks to refresh.. One of the staffs were willing to give us a tour of the hotel without expecting anything in return.. The room is really cooling, great way to relax and unwind..

The food was absolutely delicious—full of flavor, fresh, and served in a very clean and hygienic setting. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with their warm gestures and hospitality. Очень уютный отель в тихом и спокойном местечке между Матара и Ахангама. На территории отеля два бассейна, ресторан (ребятам отдельный респект за высокий сервис). Номера в хорошем состоянии, персонал отзывчивый и с заботой относится к своим гостям, всегда приходят на помощь. Например, нам не хватило интернета на сим картах Диалог, менеджер на ресепшен по имени Nimesh помог нам и мы приятно поболтали пока, он настраивал всё. Клининг 10/10, очень внимательные. Собственная территория на побережье океана и пляжный ресторан (к сожалению, там сервис уступает основном ресторану). Короче говоря, категорически рекомендую вам остановиться именно здесь.

During the recent 04 days trip in sri lanka, my family and I stayed at this resort. It was a nice and peaceful place with a simple, elegant look. The staff was friendly and helpful when we booked and checked out. The rooms were big and clean, which we liked and calm place!

Amazing mesmerizing place infrount of southern beach. Very supportive and friendly staff who are always supported us with a beautiful smile. Had a meeting at conference room of South lake resort and all the arrangements were done on time and served everything we requested nicely. Food were delicious. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!
