Buena estancia Lo que me gusto: Un hotel relativamente cerca del centro y de plaza altaria. Habitaciones adecuadas solo para descansar y bañarse Lo que no me gusto: Solo 2 toallas para 4 personas Estacionamiento no privado, cuando dicen que si, el carro queda en la calle.

At the time of registration, I had to wait about half an hour (and that we were only 3 people), because there was no staff at the reception and a kitchen girl had to take care of. This deserves your attention style, since what you want is to come, register **** and rest. Likewise, I use to leave my opinion on food service: What is happening that there are only bottles and fries for dinner? What is most like a food, they are the pasta formed in the style of chicken sticks. Aaah, another thing: I disgusted to find a towel made ”tyrlangas”, broken off the rivers and very, very expensive, what wave? Thank you

The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, there is a nice gym and even a rooftop pool. I especially enjoyed the included breakfast (tasted great and staff was caring and attentive) and the people at the desk (helpful and simply nice to talk to and get suggestions on food, etc.) I was here for work but when at the hotel you get rest and a relaxed atmosphere that prepares you for the next day.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hyatt, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was flawless, providing excellent recommendations, keeping my room impeccable, and offering top-notch service at the restaurant. Their dedication and commitment to creating a memorable experience were truly commendable. I can't thank Mario, Ximena, Christi, and Romeo enough for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Breakfast is OK, but the fruit is not very fresh, the room is relatively small, the hotel is located near the airport, there is a parking lot, the surrounding is quite quiet, suitable for people on business trips

The beds, blackout curtains, soft pillows, hot water and breakfasts were marvelous. My wishes: 1- 2 bottles of water per day in room as Mexico has undafe water. 2- Warmer, more welcoming front desk staff. 3- Control parking of locals in parking garage.

The room is very large. The bed is very comfortable. Heating works quite well (in the water-calent nights is usually cold). The furniture is in very good conditions. The room's entrance has a seal that indicates that the room is sanitary The reception process is very agile, and the staff's attention is generally satisfied. The reception has the inputs needed to comply with the pandemic hygiene rules. Then you can use the pens in a reception and once you use them, you can use them in a labeled container to not reuse them until you re-sanitalise them. Perhaps the only inconvenient is that the parking boxes are somewhat small, and the design that they have is difficult to make manioks.
