The best hotel in Aguascalientes..... Really??? La peor experiencia, llegas y no hay nadie que te reciba el coche, lo tienes que dejar ahí a la mitad de la entrada, la recepción no es visible pero la encuentras y esta una señora que tiene mas pereza que una tortuga no se levanta se queda sentada y muy amable te empieza a atender, te interroga todo, nombre peor que FBI, parece que le están dictando el paso a paso del registro mas lenta no se puede, ósea si traes prisa no llegues a este hotel. EL belboy ni se presentan apesta a cigarro, la llave dice no fumar. Llamas al rooms service y no responden, vas al restaurante porque no respondieron y no hay ni un alma que te atienda, después de un rato aparecen y te atienden pides y te dicen pero es cargo extra por llevarlo a la habitación pues ni que no trajera dinero, ah y los precios de alimentos por la nubes y la comida no lo vale. Ni hablar de la habitación, la alfombra sucia, las luces muy opacas y fundidas, la tina desgastada. Al siguiente dia nos tocaron los chicos José y Ana super amables y algo muy diferente a los primeros, nos recomendaron un lugar rico para ir a cenar, le contamos lo de ayer y bien lindo el chico se disculpa por algo que no hizo y nos dice pues como disculpa veo si les podemos ofrecer un desayuno mañana, pero no es queja ventajosa solo es para evaluar la experiencia y pues aun dentro de lo malo hay algo bueno también las chicas de limpieza super lindas. Hermoso Hotel físicamente pero la suerte esta en quien te pueda atender.

Very well located with all activities possible, even if i didn't have time to take advantage of them because i was in business trip. It is closed to the downtown, it is easy to go and walk there. The room are big

Very good staff attention in reception, restaurant and toilet, comfortable and clean facilities, for work stays the internet in the lower floor may fail a little, comfortable rooms to work

The hotel is located in the north of the city, quite well located, a very large shopping centre in front of. The double room was of a medium size of very good hygiene, ordered, content of facilities and services (cafeteria, laundry, dryer, etc.) of very good quality; everything worked properly, the 2 very comfortable beds, ideal rest. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and comfortable. The staff in a very friendly reception, they explain the services in detail, have a large parking, as well as very well-cared green areas, gym, family jacuzzi, children's games, all we enjoy. The only detail is the collection of the tennis games, which for guests should be free for the number of nights we were there, like a plus.

So let’s talk about positives - modern hotel, good location, spacious rooms. Very nicely decorated indeed. It has most amenities you can ask for. Areas which could be improved: 1. Housekeeping - very inconsistent service , lack of amenities / replenishments , no hand towels ( apparently run out as only had face towels). We had to ask Reception to bring shampoo , water as housekeeper didn’t leave stuff which is meant to be replenished daily 2. Breakfast - a la carte from a set menu - not a buffet ( only on weekends apparently), very inconsistent at times, takes time to deliver , so allow time if you have plans - not a great value either as only allowed to select from a set menu - had to ask waiter to replenish coffee. 3. Noise from nearby bar till 11 pm even mid week and even on higher floors - bring ear plugs 4. Air con was not very efficient General manager is very helpful and so is Reception staff. Please raise your concerns with the manager - this hotel has a great potential, they just need to improve standards.
