I booked this hotel through ********** and arrived in Aguas Calientes at night, in the rain. Everything was closed at the hotel door, without any messages. I had to hurriedly look for another hotel. Reading some reviews, I saw that many who booked this were directed to others, but don't trust that. Make sure the hotel is back up and running before you go. The date of my trip was Nov/2021 and there was no sign that the renovation would end anytime soon.
