I booked a night by email directly with the hotel. I arrived at the check in at 10:30pm and discovered that they didn't have rooms available. I start to argue with the guy at the desk since he was saying that I arrived late and they decide to give the room to someone else and that my reservation it was "only reserved" and not confirmed. I showed him the email with the confirmation and there wasn't stated anywhere that there was a due time for the check in. After he checked probably with the owner, they offer me a room in other hotel with the same price. After I asked, they refused to give me any discount or extra service for the inconvenience. The treatment that I received was really bad. I give 2 stars only due to the room in the other hotel that was fantastic and really comfortable, but to get the breakfast I had to pack my stuff at 4 am and walk to the first hotel and eat there.
