Situato al 1° piano di un palazzo il B&B è un po' lontano dal centro di Sciacca (10 minuti appiedi) però si trova in una posizione ottimale per chi vuole usalo come base di appoggio per visitare anche le zone vicine (come la valle dei templi o Segesta). E situato proprio difronte ad un crocevia tra la statale 115 ed alcune provinciali. Inoltre si trova molto facilmente il parcheggio su strada. La colazione non viene servita all'interno del B&B ma al Bar Gran Caffè dei Cappuccini, però non è un vero difetto perchè il bar scelto è veramente ottimo.
