in a beautiful place, a campsite that is poorly managed and to the detriment of the guests: terrible service, dirt and rubbish in the surrounding campsite, breakfast from a fourth-rate bnb and incompetent staff, probably underpaid, we witnessed the manager of the facility verbally attack the guests several times, high price for the little it offers

Worst service ever. Angry people who shouldn’t work in hospitality. I’ve been treated poorly throughout my whole stay. Bad service, dirty bathrooms and showers. Overpriced. It’s truly a pity because the place itself is beautiful. Just go to the beach there (which is public) and find another way to camp. But DON’T GIVE MONEY TO THIS PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DON’T DESERVE IT

Pessimo campeggio, se non il peggiore della Sicilia. Personale maleducato, bagni fatiscenti. Non c’è niente di bello in questo posto. Non capisco come faccia ad essere ancora in piedi. Ci è stato detto che, dal momento che non volevamo pagare 8€ per l’auto dentro e quindi l’avremmo parcheggiata fuori, dovevamo scaricare la roba a mano sotto il sole del 17 agosto da fuori la struttura. Non ho mai sentito una cosa del genere. Forse non sono mai stati oltre le loro quattro mura a quanto pare e non sanno come funziona l’ospitalità. Ovviamente non siamo entrati. E mai torneremo. Evitate.

Ultimo lembo di una ex pineta dove il mare azzurro contrasta con il bianco dell'argilla, proprio sotto l'area archeologica, sorge questo angolo di paradiso. Silenzio, eucaliptus, l'upupa, una magra volpe, uccelli, il biacco ed insetti fanno da contorno ad appartamenti in muratura di vari vani puliti e ben arredati. Il camping ospita anche tende e camper a due passi dalla spiaggia. È presente, inoltre, un piccolo market, il bar per la colazione ed un ristorante aperto a cena. Non venite se il vs viaggio contempla latino americano e animazione chiassosa! Personale gentilissimo e super operativo, benvoluti gli animali da compagnia con docce su misura.

EVITATE questo camping, pagato 26,50€ per una notte in tenda (19€+7,50€ di parcheggio) per avere in cambio: -Docce sudice e non curate, con limitazioni orarie che ci sono state comunicate solamente il giorno dopo e non al momento del nostro arrivo, ed in più a tutto ciò, se volete farla con acqua calda dovete acquistare dei gettoni separatamente ad 1€ cad.uno, poiché non ce n'è neppure uno incluso nel prezzo. -Bagni da far invidia alle peggiori stazioni di servizio come pulizia e igiene. -Trattano le persone come fossero un bancomat. Consiglio al proprietario, che probabilmente staziona troppo alla cassa e poco in giro per la sua struttura, di farsi un controllo di tanto in tanto per capire che tipo di servizio offrono. Tornerò indubbiamente ad Eraclea perché è un posto meraviglioso, ma non più in questo "camping".

Su consiglio di un nostro amico camperista che ha adorato questo camping, abbiamo prenotato una camera per un paio di notti e siamo stati benissimo. Camera pulita e dotata di tutto, personale gentile e disponibile. La situazione è molto tranquilla e di grande relax.

sono stata 8 giorni in un luogo molto sporco, i bagni pessimi. zero pulizia , servizi pessimi. il proprietario poco disponibile e molto arrogante , soprattutto con i ragazzi!. ogni qualvolta che si metteva un po’ di musica (anche a basso volume) , spuntava all’ora di cena (come le talpe) , senza salutare e chiedere scusa , per farci spegnere la cassa. se il problema non era la musica , diventava la giocata a carte , non considero ciò un campeggio ma una casa di riposo. zero pulizia anche fuori , molta polvere per terra che riempivano tutti. sono stata bene solo per la compagnia , per il resto non penso di ritornarci. consiglio a tutti , adulti e ragazzi , che se dovete passare una serena vacanza in campeggio di andare in un’altra parte. METTO DUE STELLE SOLO PER IL PANORAMA E IL MARE!
