Hemant and Aakash did really good job. The issue with wifi was unsatisfactory, however overall stay was good.

Our stay was quite comfortable and we shall keep on booking rooms through you on regular basis. Room was good and staff was quite courteous. Hope to visit the hotel on regular basis.

Abuse to the name of clarks group. Despite confirming the reservation for 3 adults, no arrangement was made for the third person. Food was low grade. Non cooperative staff. Had to struggle to get drinking water refill in room. Multiple follow ups and requests to place extra bed. Ac turned off in the morning itself on the check out date. Never staying there again.

The room was spacious and the look of the hotel is really good and luxurious. But the interior of the room inside was not upto the mark. The tv was not working. And frankly speaking according to price the room was not good at all.

Hot water not available till bathing. Buffet in breakfast and dinner not available. Damp in one of the wall of room. Smart lock is not there on the main door.
